Variable speed control via VFD frequency converter allows for stepless adjustment to the material and processing task. This enables quick switching between higher material removal rates and fine surface finishing. With a belt speed of 32 m/min for the 1500 W models and 26 m/min for the 550 W model, processing remains controlled and efficient. This ensures clean results and simultaneously protects the motor during extended work periods. For flexible applications, two or three grinding patterns are available, depending on the model. The JLD10-5 and JLD10-7 models support curved and flat grinding, making them suitable for various contours, edges, and surfaces. The JLD10-8 model operates with curved and flat grinding and features a particularly compact design. All versions come with three sanding belts in grits 100, 180, and 240, effectively covering both coarse and fine grinding tasks. The robust steel construction with a reinforced base is designed for continuous workshop use. Welded connections ensure high stability and consistent operation. The JLD10-7 model additionally supports vertical and horizontal use and offers flexible working positions thanks to its removable workbench. Differences The JLD10-5 model operates at 1500 W and is designed for 72 x 2" sanding belts. It offers three grinding modes and comes with an M10 spring washer and M10 flat washer. The JLD10-7 model also operates at 1500 W, offers three grinding modes, and is compatible with 72-82 x 2" sanding belts. This model is significantly larger and heavier and supports both vertical and horizontal use with a removable workbench. The JLD10-8 model is the most compact variant with 550 W and a 30 x 1" sanding belt. It supports two grinding modes and is suitable for finer or space-saving applications. An M6 Allen key is also included. The JLD10-7 model also operates at 1500 W and offers three grinding modes and is compatible with 72-82 x 2" sanding belts.
