Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
All Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other Formal Attire
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Human Hair Wigs
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Specifically, items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage.
Shoes, Bags & Luggage
Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe-buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags). Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.
Furniture
Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts included).
Electronics
• Cell phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, earphones, smart watches, gaming consoles (such as PlayStation and Switch consoles), and other electronics must be returned in new, unused, inactivated condition, in their original packaging.

• If these items arrived to you damaged, or did not start upon arrival, or malfunctioned within 30 days after the delivery date, not due to your misuse or other action, please contact us immediately and return the item, postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date, in its original packaging and with all manuals and parts included. We will inspect and test it upon arrival at our warehouse. If our testing determines that the product was damaged, did not start, or malfunctioned, through customer misuse, tampering or other customer action, or if the returned product is missing parts, manuals, or the original packaging, then the return will be rejected. If you need to claim a manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you contact the manufacturer.

• Note: If you have saved any personal information on an electronics item that you intend to return, first erase this information completely by following manufacturer instructions before returning the items to us.

Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Return Request Process(Including Combined Returns)

1. Sign into your SHEIN User Account.
2. Go to " My Orders " and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details".
3. Then click the "Return Item" button, select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and click "Next Step." Please note that some items are non-returnable as specified above.
4. Select the "Return Method". Please note that due to restrictions imposed by logistics carriers, certain return methods may not be available for specific items.
5. Select the "Refund Method" and click "Submit"
6. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund for an item without the need of you returning the item.
NOTE: If you need to return an oversized or overweight item, or if you are returning items from a remote area, you may be required to arrange the return shipment yourself. In such cases, you will need to cover the shipping cost upfront and save the proof of mailing. Once you have returned the items and they have successfully passed our quality inspection, you can contact us for reimbursement of the shipping costs.

Happy Returns

● We partner with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns.
● Bring your item to the designated Return Bar along with the provided QR Code within 30 days after the delivery date.
● To expedite the return process, please ensure to bring the original SHEIN bag with you.
● Refunds will be processed within 24 hours for approved items upon drop-off.
Return shipping is free on your first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order within the Voluntary Return Window.

For the second and subsequent refunds from the same order, 7.99 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.

Self-Return Depends on your logistics provider
● Select the "Self-Sending" return method to obtain our return address (if you cannot select this option, please contact our customer service).
● Use any logistics company convenient for you to send the package to our return address.
● Please insert your Order Number/Return ID after the recipient's name.
● Submit your tracking number or return receipt to us after the return.
You need to pay the return fee directly to your logistics provider, and we do NOT reimburse the costs.
NOTE:
● The Return Label and QR Code only work if you are returning within the US.
● Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
● You should return items in the original transparent bag with the SKC and barcode if possible. If the outer packaging is damaged or lost, or if it cannot fit all the items, you can use your own packaging.

Cancel Return Request
Go to "My Orders" → Click "Returns" → Click "Return & Refund Record" → Click "Details" → Click "Cancel The Application".
Quality Check for Returns
1. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the SHEIN Site or App by mistake in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
2. When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
3. If the returned item is used or damaged, has missing parts/accessories, or is damaged due to improper use, and this is not due to SHEIN or the seller, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item. If the returned item is entirely in a non-resalable condition, we will not issue any refund to you.
4. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.
