Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. You are responsible for shipping the return at your own cost.
How do I make a return?
Return from Malaysia
(1)If you choose ABX to return your parcel
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, print the attached return label by yourself and adhere it to the outside of the return parcel, then wait for the delivery courier to pick up the parcel.
Note: Each return label costs 10MYR, which will be deducted from your refund.
(2)If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4. Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5. Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.
Return from South Korea
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4. Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5. Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.
Return from other shipping locations
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the return item(s) in their original packaging.
3. Choose your own logistics company and mail the package at your own cost.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or the tags are removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items marked non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
4. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
Please note:
1. Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for sending back any non-SHEIN products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original form of payment as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
