Self-service function "Cancel order " or "Modify shipping address" button can help these:

1. Unpaid orders: whole order cancellation and shipping address changing are okay.

2. Unshipped orders: order/item cancellation and shipping address changing are okay.

Note: For shipped orders, the items can't be modified as it is in transit. SHEIN recommends you to do return for refund or exchange. And if you want to change the address for shipped orders, as different logistics providers have different delivery policy, we suggest you click "My orders" to check if your address can be modified.
