How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
(1)About return time
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.
(2)About return method
Pickup Service: We will arrange a pickup for you based on the given address. An 80 ZAR or 110 ZAR fee per return request will be deducted from your refund.
How do I make a return?
1.Sign into your SHEIN account.
2.Find the order in
My Orders & click "Return Item".
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4.Select the return method and refund method, then please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and most accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
2. Please note that free gifts, customized items and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
3. The items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging.
4. We do not offer postage for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your own expense.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-SHEIN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
