ELIGIBILITY:The Aloruh #VacationMuseSweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States(excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older.Employees, officers or directors of RoadgetBusiness PTE. LTD. (“Sponsor”), orany of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotionagencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family andhousehold members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void inRhode Island and where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKESPERIOD:The Sweepstakes begins on 05/19/2025 at 12:00:01 a.m.Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 06/08/2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’sdatabase computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOWTO ENTER:During the Sweepstakes Period, log in toInstagram and (1) follow @aloruhofficial, (2) like the Sweepstakes post, and (3) comment the emoji ‘desert island’ and tag 2 friends in thecomment section of the Sweepstakes post and include the hashtags #Aloruh and#SHEINContest (“Comment”). Your Comment must include bothhashtags #Aloruh & #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagramaccount, regardless of number of Comments. You must have an Instagram accountto participate and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entriesare subject to Instagram’s terms of use. Use of any macro, bot, script or otherautomated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is notproof of receipt. Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keepingdevice for the Sweepstakes. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Inthe event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemedsubmitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated withthe social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” isdefined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or othersimilar account associated with the relevant social media account.
DRAWINGAND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the SweepstakesPeriod will be conducted on or about 06/09/2025 to select five (5) potential winners. Potential winners willbe notified via Instagram Direct Message on or about 06/15/2025. No liability is assumed for any winnernotification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winnerfor any reason. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he orshe has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for anyreason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternatewinner may be selected.Additionally, if a potential winner does not respond within 2 daysafter the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification isreturned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potentialwinner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.Potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit ofEligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Prize ClaimDocuments”).
PRIZEAND ODDS:Five (5) prizes are available. Each prize consistsof a $100SHEIN electronic gift card. Prize will be delivered via InstagramDirect Message in the form of a gift card code usable at https://us.shein.com.Odds of winningdepend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable,and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed, except inSponsor’s discretion. A substitute of comparable or greater value may beawarded if the Prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason.Each winner is responsible for all federal,state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated withacceptance or use of any prize.
PARTICIPATION.By entering the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be boundby these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agreeto be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which are final andbinding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data thathave been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for:(i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries,all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorizedaccess to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network,telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or softwaremalfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receiveentry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) anyinjury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile devicerelated to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reservesthe right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors anyperson it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii)suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its solediscretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or willimpair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct ofthe Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated enddate, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspectentries unaffected by the problem.
Publicity/USAGE Rights:By participating in the Sweepstakes, you further acknowledge and agreethat Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) has the non-exclusiveright to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, re-post, and otherwise use your Commentor your Post, in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether nowexisting or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but notlimited to posting online.Participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use of any prizefurther constitutes the winners’ consent for use of his/her Photo, name,likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/orhometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media,worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without furtherreview, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
Release OF LIABILITY:Byparticipating in the Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and its parent companies,subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents,advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development andexecution of this Sweepstakes from any and againstany and all injury, loss or damage caused orclaimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or theacceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and you agreethat these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, orguarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/orthe awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these OfficialRules.You further agree that: (a) anyand all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connectionwith the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individuallywithout resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments andawards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costsassociated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c)under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for,and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental orconsequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied orotherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actualout-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governedby the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principlesof conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the stateor federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to thejurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.For New Jersey residents, the limitationsset forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or otherdamages are mandated by statute.

WINNERLIST:For a list of winners, availableapproximately two weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send a writtenrequest to the Sponsor, via electronic mail to [email protected], with “Aloruh #VacationMuse” in thesubject line. All such requests must be received by 08/31/2025.
