THE SHEIN “PURCHASE $10 WORTH OF TO GET $200 BACK IN COUPONS” PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility
The users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the “PURCHASE $10 WORTH OF TO GET $200 BACK IN COUPONS” Program（the “Program”). You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account.
How The Program Works
1. After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may enter the Program through the Program’s pop-up window and you will be directed to the Program page, where there will be a curated list of products (the “List of Products”) available.
2. You will need to select at least a total of $10 worth of products (exclusive of taxes/handling fees) from the List of Products and add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout (“Program Order”). PLEASE, do not add any other products which are not on the List to the shopping cart or the Program will not be applicable.
Once the total amount of your Program Order is $10 or more , and you check out and successfully pay for your order, you will receive a specific number and value of coupons (the “Coupon(s)”) as rewards (the “Reward(s)”). The Reward(s) for each Weekly Round will be displayed on the Program Page.
The Coupon(s) can only be used to buy Products sold by SHEIN. The Coupons expire 72 hours after they have been issued to you. Please check the expiration date of the Coupons in the “My Coupons” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account and be sure to use them before the expiration date.
Program Details
1. A SHEIN user is allowed to take participate this Program once and your SHEIN Account can only be used on one device.
2. The Coupons will be issued within 24 hours after you have successfully checked-out and paid for your order. The Coupons will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be viewable in the “My Coupons” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account. The Coupons will expire 72 hours after they have been issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account. Please check your User Account and take note of the Coupon’s expiration date.
3. Coupons are void where prohibited or may be subject to restrictions. Coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Returns and refunds conditions：
- a. If you withdraw or cancel the order, you can participate again within the duration of the Program. However, once you successfully place an order (that is not cancelled) under this Program, you may not participate in the Program again.
- b. If you decide to return the purchased Product(s), we will evaluate whether you’re qualified to keep the Coupons. After returning, if there’s remaining Product(s) in your order, you will be entitled to keep your Coupons. If the price of any remaining Product(s) in your order (after deducting the amount of the purchased Product(s) you are returning) equals $10 or more (exclusive of taxes), you will be entitled to keep your Coupons. If you are returning all items in your order, or if the price of any remaining Product(s) in your order is less than $10 (exclusive of taxes), we will be have the option to invalidate the remaining Coupon(s) which has not been used. Please visit our Return Policy and Refund Policy to check the return and refund conditions before participating in the Program.

Violation and Penalties
The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:
a. you violate of any of these Official Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.
b. you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.
General
By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Coupons, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Coupons except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Coupons awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.
