Eligibility
Only those users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the Credit Box Reward Program（the “Program”). You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account.
How The Program Works
After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may click on the Program banner or program pop-up window and you will be directed to the Program page, where there will be a curated list of products (the “List of Products”) available. Select at least a total of $20 worth of products (exclusive of taxes) from the List of Products or from anywhere on the App (the “Product(s)”) and add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout. Once you check out and successfully pay for your order (the “First Order”), you will be qualified to continue the Program and have the opportunity to earn Promotional Wallet Credit rewards (the “Wallet Credit Rewards”).
The number of Credit Rewards you may earn (“Maximum Wallet Credit Rewards”) is calculated based on the dollar value of the order you have placed and paid for, excluding taxes, shipping charges, other additional fees and amounts paid with gift cards or Wallet Credits or Bonus Points. EVERY $15 OF YOUR FIRST ORDER WILL MAKE YOU BE ABLE TO EARN $5 WALLET CREDITS REWARDS. The Maximum Wallet Credit Rewards are capped at $40 for each participant.
You can only receive your Wallet Credits Reward by daily checking in inner the Program (the “Checking-in Task”) within ten (10) days after your First Order placement. For each Checking-in Task you’ve completed will help you obtain a certain percentage of the Maximum Wallet Credit Rewards, specified in below table.

Please Note:
You can only check in once a day and each successful checking in will help you earn Wallet Credit Rewards,each applicable percentage of the Maximum Wallet Credit Rewards will be issued to you in order described in the above table.
The Wallet Credit Rewards can only be used to buy items sold on SHEIN website and App. The Wallet Credit Rewards expire 3 days after each set of Wallet Credit Rewards has been issued to you. Please check the expiration date of the Wallet Credit Rewards in the “My Wallet” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account and be sure to use them before the expiration date.
Program Details
1. Only those users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the Program.The applicable Wallet Credit Rewards will be issued within 24 hours after you have completed each Checking In Task. The Wallet Credits Reward will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be viewable in the “My Wallet” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account. The Wallet Credit Rewards will expire 3 days after each set of Wallet Credit Rewards has been issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account. Please check your User Account and take note of the Promotional Wallet Credits’ expiration date.
2. For every $15 of the First Order, the participant will receive $5 Wallet Credits Reward. The Maximum Wallet Credits Reward a Participant could receive is capped at $50, meaning that for any First Order exceeds $150, the Maximum Wallet Credits Reward a Participant could receive will still be up to $50.
3. The Wallet Credit Rewards are void where prohibited or may be subject to restrictions. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Returns and refunds conditions：
(a) If you decide to return the purchased Product(s)of either your First Order before all Tasks have been completed, you will not be qualified to continue with the Program and will lose any remaining Wallet Credit Rewards.
(b) If you decide to return the purchased Product(s) of your First Order and have already used the Wallet Credit Rewards that were awarded to you, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the amount of the Wallet Credit Rewards that were awarded and used. We may reduce the value of your returned purchase by $1 per $1 Wallet Credit Reward.

Violation and Penalties
The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program, claiming the reward and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:
a.you violate of any of these Official Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.
b. you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.
General
By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Products and the Wallet Credit Rewards, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Wallet Credit Rewards except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Wallet Credit Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.
