ELIGIBILITY: SHEIN'S CHECK-IN TO WIN REWARD GAME (the “Game”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of SHEIN US Services, LLC. (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Game (collectively, the “Game Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

GAME PERIOD: The Game begins on March 14th , 2024, at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”), and ends on May 31st, 2024, at 11:59:59 P.M. PT (the “Game Period”). There is no purchase required to participate in the Game. Everyone who has an active SHEIN User Account may log in to their SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to participate in the Game.

How to Play: You must first log into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App. If you haven't downloaded the SHEIN app or created a SHEIN User Account yet, you may download the app for free and register a new SHEIN User Account for free. After logging into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN app, a player (“Player”) can play in the Game by starting a Game round (“Game Round”). A Game Round starts when you initiate one round and lasts until you’ve completed the collection of target number of tokens and redeemed them. A new Game Round can only be started after the previous Game Round has been completed.

1.How to Play: You can start a Game Round in one of two ways:

2.When you start a Game Round, you need to first flip the card to reveal the reward (“Reward”) that you will be playing for, which will be the designated amount in SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credits. Throughout the Game Round, you will need to collect virtual tokens (“Virtual Tokens” or “Bonus”), and when the total amount of your Virtual Tokens equals the amount of the Reward (the “Target Amount”), you will be able to redeem the Reward. For example, if the Reward is a $5 Promotional Wallet Credit, you will need to collect 5 Virtual Tokens to reach the Target Amount and to be able to redeem the Reward. You can collect Virtual Tokens by checking in daily. Once you have reached the Target Amount, you can then click “Transfer to Wallet” to convert your collective Target Amount into the equivalent SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credits or the Reward.

3.The Virtual Tokens obtained from each daily check-in will be randomly issued but will be within the displayed range.

4.If you successfully check-in for multiple days, you will earn extra rewards which will consist of SHEIN Points, and/or SHEIN Coupons, and/or SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credits, as well as the Daily Virtual Tokens.

5.If you miss check-in(s) for a specific number of consecutive days, which will be displayed on the game board, the Virtual Tokens you have collected previously will be cleared to zero, and you need to restart the Game Round.

6.To win the Reward(s), you need to check-in daily to collect Virtual Tokens to reach to the Target Amount in each Game Round. You can only start the next Game Round after winning the Reward for this Game Round, or if your Virtual Tokens have been cleared and set to zero.

7.Odds of receiving a Virtual Tokens if you check in daily are 100%.

8.Once you have reached the Target Amount, you can redeem the Reward, which will be in the form of SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credit. The Reward will be place in your SHEIN User Account. SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credits are subject to the terms and conditions stated in section 2.4 of the SHEIN Terms of Use located at https://us.shein.com/Terms-and-Conditions-a-399.html . SHEIN Promotional Wallet Credits will not expire after they have been placed in your SHEIN User Account. SHEIN Points will be valid within 3 months after they have been placed in your SHEIN User Account and the SHEIN Coupons will be valid within 14 days after they have been placed in your SHEIN User Account. Please make a note of the expiration date and use the reward before its expiration date.

PLEASE NOTE:THE GAME WILL END ON 31, MAY, 2024 AT 11:59:59 P.M. PT. AT THE SPECIFIC TIME, THE VIRTUAL TOKENS YOU'VE ACCUMULATED WILL BE CLEARED TO ZERO (0).

Violation Penalties: The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you from participating in the Game and/or bar you from using SHEIN’s Services, if it finds, at its sole discretion, that you have exhibited any of the following behaviors in-Game: 1. If you have engaged in cheating behavior (including but not limited to: launching attacks on the system, obtaining unearned benefits, illegally using modified software, cloning, jailbreaking, rooting, etc.); 2. If you have violated any of the rules of the Game and/or any of the agreements covering SHEIN Services; or 3. If you have created multiple and/or fake User Accounts, as may be uncovered through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behavior.

PARTICIPATION: By entering the Game, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Game judges whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Game. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of/alterations of entry materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (ii) any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to, or resulting from participating in the Game. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify, from any Game it sponsors, any person it believes to have violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Game if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game.

TAXES: All taxes applicable to any benefits provided by Sponsor under this Agreement will be your responsibility and Sponsor shall not pay any amounts for federal, state or municipal income tax, withholding tax, social security, unemployment or worker's compensation. If Sponsor is required to file with the Internal Revenue Service a Form 1099- MISC, U.S. Information Return for Recipients of Miscellaneous Income or a Form 1042-S, Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding, reflecting the Rewards paid by Sponsor to you, then you will be required to complete and submit a Form W-9 or Form W-8 (Series) to Sponsor.

Release OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Game, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Game from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Game and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Reward(s), and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any Reward except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Game, or any Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Game, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
