Only users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the REWARDS WITH PURCHASE OF ITEMS program（the “Program”). You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account.

1. After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may click on the Program banner and you will be directed to the Program page (“Program Page”), where you can view the three tiers (the “Tier(s)” ) of rewards you may obtain by placing corresponding order(s).

2. There will be list of products page with recommendations on products for you.

3. The following are requirements to meet each applicable Tier:

Tier 1: Select one (1) or more products with a total price of $44.99 or less (exclusive of taxes)Tier;

Tier 2: Select one (1) or more products with a total price between $45-$74.99 (exclusive of the taxes)Tier;

Tier 3: Select one (1) or more products with a total price of $75 or more (exclusive of the taxes)Tier.

Once you have met the requirements for either Tier 2 or Tier 3, you will see a curated list of free promotional products (the “List of Free Gifts”). You could select one (1) product as your chosen free gift (the “Free Gift”) to receive as specified in paragraph 6 below.

4. Then add the selected product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to check out to place your order for the applicable Tier (the “Program Order”). Once you have completed placing and paying for Program Order, you will qualify to receive the rewards (the “Rewards”) for the applicable Tier.

5. The Rewards for 3 Tiers consist of SHEIN Points and Coupons and/or a free gift. The details of the Rewards for each Tier will be displayed on the Program Page. The applicable Rewards will be issued to your SHEIN User Account as specified below.

6. After you have placed the Program Order for either Tier 2 or Tier 3 and selected your Free Gift, you can place another separate order for at least $20 worth of products (exclusive of taxes) (the “Next Order”). The Next Order must be placed within 3 days after the placement of your Program Order. The Free Gift will be shipped to you along with the product(s) in your Next Order.

The Free Gift will be shipped together with the Products you purchased in your Next Order at no additional shipping cost.4. The Next Order should be completed within 3 days after the placement of the Program Order.

5. The details of Rewards, including the number of Coupons and their value, and the amount of SHEIN Points, are displayed on the Program Page.

6. The SHEIN Coupons will be issued within 24 hours after you have successfully checked-out and paid for your Program order. The SHEIN Coupons will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be viewable in the “My Coupons” under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account. The Coupons will be expire within 3-day after being issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account (“Validity Period”).

7. The SHEIN Points need to be manually claimed in the Program page within 3 days after you successfully check-out an paid for your Program Order. The SHEIN Points will be valid within 3 days after your claiming. Your earning SHEIN Points and Validity Period will be viewable in the “Point” under SHEIN User Account.

8. PLEASE NOTE: Only one Coupon can only be used per order. Each Coupon can only be used once. If a Coupon has not been used by its expiration date, it will expire and will no longer be available for use. SHEIN Points must also be used by their expiration date. If SHEIN Points have not been used by their expiration date, they will expire and will no longer be available for use. The Coupons and Points can only be used to buy products sold by SHEIN.9. Coupons and Points are void where prohibited and are subject to restrictions. Coupons and Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Coupons are subject to the SHEIN Coupon Policy located at https://us.shein.com/coupon-policy-a-1398.html. SHEIN Points are subject to the SHEIN Bonus Point Policy located at https://us.shein.com/bonus-point-program-a-371.html. 10.Returns and refunds conditions：If you decide to return any of the product(s) from the Program Order, we will evaluate whether you’re qualified to keep the Coupons and SHEIN Points. If you return any of the product(s) from the Program Order before the Free Gift has been shipped, you will be disqualified from receiving the Free Gift. Violation and Penalties

SHEIN reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:(1) you violate of any of these Official Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.(2)you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.

By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Rewards and the Free Gift, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Rewards or Free Gift except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Free Gift awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.
