FAQ's
1. What happens once a notice is submitted? Once a notice is submitted you will be notified via email that the notice is now under review. When the case has been reviewed, you will receive a message informing you that your notice has been processed.
2. What happens if notice is accepted? If your notice is accepted, the reported content will be removed and further action will be taken against the seller according to our IP policy.
3. What happens if notice is rejected? if your notice is rejected, you will receive a message informing you that your notice has been rejected and why, and what further remedies you may have access to.
4. Can multiple products be reported at once? Yes. A product is identified on the Marketplace by its SKU reference number. Multiple SKUs can be reported at once but all must be supported using the same IP right.
5. Can multiple IP rights be reported within one notice? No, currently it is only possible to report alleged infringements for one IP right at a time.
6. Can I track the progress of a notice after submission? Following submission, progress can be tracked in the 'submission history' section which can be found here. 7. Can I withdraw a complaint? You can withdraw a complaint while it is being processed. Once the case is completed, it can no longer be withdrawn.
