Where is my order?

To track your order package:

1. Go to 'My orders'.

2. Choose to the order that you want to track.

3. Click on 'TRACK' button beside your order. The delivery method and carrier information for your package will be given here.

Note:

1. If there is no tracking number information, it means still being processed by our warehouse; once the order has been shipped out, you will receive the dispatch confirmation e-mail;

2. If there is no update for shipping status, it means the parcel is on the way to its next facility, there may be no tracking updates for 3-5 days, as the next facility will need time to scan packages.

When your package is finally picked up by its local shipping carrier, you may view new package delivery updates through either your SHEIN Account or on the shipping carrier's official website.
