• In addition to the DSRplatform, SHEIN voluntarily offers a variety of self-service tools, where youcan learn more about the data in your record, export your profile information,make corrections, change your password, and request to have your accountdeleted. Because the self-service tools are accessible through a customer’s “MyProfile” feature, they are only accessible to current account holders; allother persons should submit a DSR through the “SHEIN Privacy Rights RequestCenter” link in the Privacy Center page.

 • How To Access

■ SHEIN Website - To access the self-service tools from the SHEINwebsite, click on the User icon ()in the upper right of the SHEIN web page,then select the “My Profile” option from the menu,then select the “Manage My Account”option.

■ SHEIN Mobile App - To access the self-service tools from the SHEINwebsite, click on the User icon ()in the lower right corner of the page, selectthe gear icon ( ) in the upperright corner, and then select the “Settings” -> “Manage My Account” option.

 ■ Self-Service Tools

·  Download Account Profile –Users that would like to download a copy of their account profile informationcan obtain a copy by selecting the “Download Your Information” option.

·  Delete Account – If you wouldlike SHEIN to delete your account, you can submit the request through the“Delete Account” link (though this self-service feature is only available afteryou have verified the request, have no pending orders, and no remaining walletbalance).

·  Correcting Your Information -If you believe that we have incorrect or incomplete information about you, wecan make those changes in My Profile settings. It allows you to modify basicaccount information, such as profile picture, size or style preferences.Additionally, you can add or edit your payment methods and saved addresses tostreamline the checkout process.

· Address Book – Update yourphysical addresses and phone numbers on file.

· My Measurements (website only)– Add, update, or delete physical measurements you previously entered.

·  Preferences (website only) –You can manage your personal Preferences by selecting “My Profile” ->“Preferences”.
