Welcome to SHEIN CLUB. The following terms and conditions (“SHEIN CLUB Terms” or “Terms”), last updated on January 30, 2026., describe the terms and conditions that apply to the SHEIN CLUB membership (“SHEIN CLUB Membership” or “Membership”) and constitute an agreement between you and SHEIN US Services, LLC, 777 S. ALAMEDA ST., 2ND FLOOR. LOS ANGELES, CA 90021. By becoming a member of SHEIN CLUB, you agree to be bound by these SHEIN CLUB Terms. Please note that your use of the SHEIN website, mobile app, and SHEIN CLUB Membership are also governed by our
Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy. These Terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use, which contain, among other things, applicable legal provisions, and definitions for some of the words used in these SHEIN CLUB Terms. Subject to applicable laws, these SHEIN CLUB Terms may be amended from time to time.
1. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
1.1 Conditions
SHEIN CLUB Membership is only available to those individuals who have a registered SHEIN User Account in good standing and apply for and pay the required fee for SHEIN CLUB Membership.
1.2 Membership Program Acceptance
The SHEIN CLUB Membership program is administered by SHEIN US Services, LLC, 777 S. ALAMEDA ST., 2ND FLOOR. LOS ANGELES, CA 90021.
You can purchase the SHEIN CLUB Membership either through the SHEIN CLUB section of your User Account or when placing an order for products on the SHEIN Site. By checking the appropriate box for SHEIN CLUB and clicking on “Place Order,” you submit an offer to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership. Once we accept your offer, you will join the Membership program. SHEIN reserves the right to cancel your SHIEN CLUB Membership if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms or the
Terms of Use. Upon termination of Membership, all unused coupons and rewards associated with that Membership will be forfeited.
Please note that if you delete your SHEIN User Account, your SHEIN CLUB Membership and all corresponding benefits will be automatically terminated upon deletion of your SHEIN User Account, and you will not be able to receive any refund to which you may have been entitled under section 5.2 below. If you plan to delete your SHEIN User Account, please cancel your SHEIN CLUB Membership first before deleting your SHEIN User Account. Please contact
Customer Service to receive confirmation of your SHEIN CLUB Membership cancellation.
2. SHEIN CLUB BENEFITS
SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits vary by plan. The benefits you receive depend on the plan you choose. Some benefits include:
● Extra 5% OFF
SHEIN CLUB Membership offers an exclusive 5% discount (“Extra 5% OFF”) applicable to non-sale items on the Site and the App (certain exclusions may apply). This Extra 5% OFF may be used in conjunction with any coupons that may be available to you. The products with the Extra 5% OFF will bear an exclusive discounted price logo. The Extra 5% OFF applies to select items that are currently in stock and excludes flash sale products and other targeted discounts. The Exclusive 5% Discount does not apply to products from third-party sellers, virtual products (such as gift cards), taxes/shipping fees generated by the order or other additional charges.
Note: The cumulative discount amount of the Extra 5% OFF shall not exceed $800 every 31 days.
● SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons
SHEIN CLUB members will receive SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons (“SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon(s)” or “Shipping Coupon(s)”) periodically as specified below. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons can be used towards the specified shipping costs on orders of physical products you place on SHEIN.
There are two types of SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons: the first type can be redeemed for free shipping, and the second type can be redeemed for a discount on shipping costs, associated with an order of physical products on SHEIN. For the first type, only one SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon may be used on an order. For the second type, multiple Shipping Coupons can be used on an order to reduce the shipping fee. SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons must be used at the same time that an order is placed and cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs of a previous order. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons can be used along with other promotional coupons or discounts. However, the SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons may not be used along other “free shipping” coupons. For example, when the actual amount to be paid for an order does not meet the threshold of the regular free shipping promotion, the system will automatically use the SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon to offset all or part of the specified shipping costs incurred for the order. When the actual amount to be paid for an order meets the threshold of the regular free shipping promotion, the system will use the free shipping promotion and will not apply your SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon to the order. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons cannot be used for shipping costs of any return items.
The specific applicable conditions of your SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon can be viewed on the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits page (“Member-Only page”) and on the “
My Coupons” section (under “My Assets”) of your SHEIN User Account. We will also send you relevant benefits information and usage restrictions by email, APP PUSH, etc.
● SHEIN CLUB Bonus Points Reward
SHEIN CLUB members will earn SHEIN Bonus Points (“Points Reward”) at a higher rate than those who are not members of SHEIN CLUB. The Points Reward benefit is in addition to any other multiple Points campaign we may be running when your order is placed. The applicable thresholds for Points Reward with SHEIN CLUB can be viewed on the
Member-Only page.
For example, if SHEIN is running a Double Points campaign and SHEIN CLUB Members who spend $50 or more (exclusive of tax) on an order can also earn a designated double Points Reward for every $1 spent on an eligible purchase in an order of $50 or more (exclusive of taxes), the following are the numbers of Bonus Points that a SHEIN CLUB Member and a non-Member can earn on an eligible order of $50 or more:

Normally, a member can earn up to 500 Bonus Points every 31 days unless noted otherwise.
The specific Points Reward benefits are subject to the conditions displayed on your
Member-Only page. SHEIN Bonus Points have an expiration date. Please note your SHEIN Bonus Points’ expiration dates and use them before the applicable expiration dates. Once SHEIN Bonus Points have expired they cannot be redeemed or otherwise used. Bonus Points are subject to the
Bonus Point policy.
Reminder: Please note that you must confirm delivery of your order before any applicable Bonus Points can only be placed in your SHEIN User Account. You can view the latest number of Bonus Points and their expiration dates in the "
My Points" section of “My Assets” in your User Account.
● SHEIN CLUB WALLET CREDIT REWARD
SHEIN CLUB members are eligible to earn Wallet Credit Rewards (“Credit Rewards”) through making purchases of select products sold by SHEIN.
The applicable thresholds for earning Credit Rewards with SHEIN CLUB can be viewed on the Member-Only page. The number of Credit Rewards you may earn is calculated based on the currency value of the order you have placed and paid for, excluding taxes, shipping charges, SHEIN CLUB membership fee, other additional fees and amounts paid with gift cards or Wallet Credits or Bonus Points.
Note that any Credit Rewards awarded to you will be displayed in “My Credit Reward” section on your
Member-Only page. Your Credit Reward history and Credit Reward balance can be viewed in this section as well. You must first claim your Credit Rewards awarded in connection with an order and then the corresponding amount of Promotional Wallet Credits will be placed in your Wallet in your User Account.
You must claim the Credit Rewards within 31 days after payment for your order, or by the end of your SHEIN CLUB Membership period, whichever is first. If you do not claim the Credit Rewards within the period mentioned above, the earned Credit Rewards will expire.The maximum amount of Credit Rewards you can earn is capped at $50 Credit Rewards per day and $500 Credit Rewards per 31 days during your SHEIN CLUB membership validity period. Once the Credit Rewards have been claimed and the corresponding Promotional Wallet Credits have been placed in your User Account, such Promotional Wallet Credits will be valid for 31 days after they have been issued to your User Account. You can view your Promotional Wallet Credits and their expiration dates in the "
My Wallet" section of “My Assets” in your User Account.
If you return any of the items in your order for which you earned Credit Rewards, the same calculation (used in awarding the Credit Rewards) will be used to determine the number of Credit Rewards or unused Promotional Wallet Credits that will be removed from your “My Credit Reward” section of the
Member-Only page, or your User Account, respectively. If all your outstanding Credit Rewards and Promotional Wallet Credits are eliminated and there is still a balance remaining, we may reduce the value of your returned purchase by $1 per $1 Credit Reward. Wallet Credits are subject to the SHEIN’s
Terms of Use and the “About My Wallet” section of the Terms of Use.
● SHEIN CLUB Free Gifts
SHEIN CLUB members may have the opportunity to claim free gifts with qualifying orders from time to time. Such free gift options will be viewable on the
Member-Only page and must be redeemed when placing a qualifying order.
Free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you cancel an order that includes free gifts, the associated gifts will also be canceled. There are other restrictions on the redemption of such free gifts, such as the number of free gifts that can be redeemed as well as the period of time during which a free gift may be redeemed.
Details regarding free gift benefits, including eligibility and the redemption process, are available on the
Member-Only page. Please note that free gift benefits are only available with select SHEIN CLUB membership plans.
● More Discounts and Additional Benefits
SHEIN may at its sole discretion offer additional benefits for SHEIN CLUB Memberships. Any additional benefits under the Membership will take effect on the date specified in the announcement of such additional benefit. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB Member, you will be entitled to these additional benefits during the remaining period of your Membership.
3. SHEIN CLUB Member-Only Promotions
SHEIN will periodically conduct promotions or giveaways that are exclusively available to SHEIN CLUB members. The details of such promotions, including any rules, will be provided on the Member-Only page. Participation in these promotions is subject to their respective official rules and SHEIN’s
Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEE
4.1 Membership Fee Amount
The fee for subscription to SHEIN CLUB Membership is the price displayed on the Site or the App during your SHEIN CLUB Membership registration process.
SHEIN may at its sole discretion revise the Membership pricing plans and/or fees and may also offer discounts for Membership fees from time to time. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB Member, your subscription price will not be affected by such revision. Similarly, if you have already paid for a Membership fee, you will not be entitled to a price adjustment if the subscription price is reduced or discounted after you have become a Member.
4.2 Methods to Purchase Membership
Once you have log into your User Account, you can purchase a SHEIN CLUB Membership directly on the
Member-Only page. You can also tick to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership in the order process when you place an order for products on the Site or the App, and you can pay the Membership fee as part of your order. If you do so, then the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefit(s) will apply to that order. Once your payment is completed successfully, we will confirm your membership and your final membership period by email and/or App push.
4.3 Methods to Pay for Membership Fee
You can pay for your SHEIN CLUB Membership fee(s) through available payment methods*, except that you may not pay for the SHEIN CLUB Membership fee by SHEIN Gift Cards, SHEIN Points, or Wallet Credit. Discounts or coupons do not apply to the SHEIN CLUB Membership fee, unless otherwise noted.
*All other available payment methods are synchronized with those currently offered on the website. We reserve the right to amend the available payment methods.
4.4 Methods to Renew Membership
A.One-Time Membership Plan.
If you have purchased a one-time Membership plan, when your Membership period is about to expire, we will notify you of the expiration date in advance through email and/or App push. You can renew your Membership through the messages from above channels or directly through the
Member-Only page.
Note: The SHEIN CLUB Membership subscription purchased through a SHEIN website or App in any country/region is only applicable to that corresponding website or App and to orders with delivery addresses in the corresponding country/region.B. Auto-Renewal Membership Plan.
If you purchase the SHEIN CLUB Auto-Renewal Membership Plan, we will automatically renew your subscription to SHEIN CLUB Membership at the purchase price. A SHEIN CLUB Auto-Renewal Membership Plan is a SHEIN CLUB subscription that SHEIN automatically renews on your behalf before your current SHEIN CLUB Membership term expires. You can view your renewal date, cancel Auto-Renew, or manage your subscription settings through your
Member-Only page.
Quarterly subscriptions renew automatically every 93 days and yearly subscriptions renew every 372 days. Your authorized payment method will be charged fourteen (14) hours before the end of the applicable subscription term. We will send you auto-renew and payment reminders approximately 3 days before the expiration of your SHEIN CLUB Membership term via email and push notification.
If you purchase the Auto-Renewal Membership Plan, your SHEIN CLUB Membership will renew automatically unless you cancel the auto-renewal before a charge has been made. While subscribed to Auto-Renewal plan, you authorize us to collect the Membership subscription price and any taxes, using any payment method that we have on file for you.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
5.1 Membership Term. You will become a SHEIN CLUB Member immediately upon successful purchase of Membership.
Your Membership period will depend on the Membership package you have purchased and can be viewed on the
Member-Only page. The duration of the Quarterly Membership package is 93 days and the duration of the Yearly Membership package is 372 days.

If a 31-day Membership plus Quarterly Auto-Renewal Membership has been offered, the initial period for Membership is 31 days. If you have not cancelled Membership by the expiration of the 31-day period, Membership will be automatically upgraded to the Quarterly (93-day) Auto-Renewal Membership. This means that if you have not cancelled Membership before the end of the 31-day period, you will be charged for a Quarterly subscription (93-day period) at the end of the 31-day period and the subscription will automatically renew every 93 days thereafter until cancelled. You may review, manage, change and/or cancel your auto-renewal plan, at any time through the SHEIN CLUB Member-Only page.
5.2 Termination of Membership
You can cancel your Membership within 3 weekdays (the “3-Day Period”) from the day on which the Membership became effective (calculated based on the confirmation email sent to you). If you cancel your Membership within the 3-Day Period and you have not used any Membership benefits, we will refund the entire Membership fee to you. If you cancel your Membership within the 3-Day Period and you have used Membership benefits, then we will deduct from your refund the value of SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits (for example, the value of Shipping Coupons) you have used. If you were issued Bonus Points, we will reverse such Points in your User Account.
After the 3-day Period, you can still cancel your Membership if you have not used any of your Membership benefits, in which event, we will refund your entire Membership fee to you if you cancel the Membership within the Membership period. If you have used any of your Membership benefits, however, you will not be able to cancel your Membership after the 3-Day Period, and your Membership will continue until it expires.
To cancel your Membership, visit the SHEIN CLUB Member-Only page and click “Subscription History” to view current active memberships and proceed to cancel the subscription as specified above. If you cannot access the self-cancel method, please contact
Customer Service to cancel your membership.
When you cancel your Membership, your SHEIN CLUB Membership will be terminated and the corresponding Membership benefits will be invalidated, effective on the cancellation date.
5.3 Refund Method
In the event you are entitled to a refund after you have cancelled your Membership, your applicable Membership fee will be refunded according to the original payment method. The refund will be reflected in your payment account according to the processing time of your payment institution.
5.4 Termination for Cause
SHEIN reserves the right to terminate your SHEIN CLUB Membership for good cause at our discretion upon 7 days' prior notice to you. Good cause is deemed to exist if we determine in our reasonable discretion that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or your use of SHEIN CLUB has been fraudulent, abusive or in violation of third-party rights. If your Membership is terminated under this section, your Membership fee will not be refunded. Thanks for understanding.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to refuse any applications for Membership. We may in our discretion change any aspect of these Terms. We will promptly inform you of any material changes to these Terms. You may contact us anytime through our
Customer Service Platform if you have any questions about SHEIN CLUB.
