· Free Trial How-To
1. Browse through the available Free Trial products and select the items you want (at most 3 items a week) and click " Free Trial ".
2. Select your size, fill in your shipping address information, and press submit. Please note that your delivery address must be consistent with the country of the current site. If it's inconsistent, you will not be able to submit an application.
3. Go to " My Free Trial " to check on your results. Processing time is about 1 week.
4. Your order will be issued and shipped automatically once your Free Trial application is approved. You can click the " Post Report " button in the order list to upload the review once you receive the item.
5. You can check your report status on the " My Report " Page. You only get one chance to rewrite your report if your first review doesn't meet the requirements.

1. The overall introduction
1.1 What is SHEIN Free Trial?
It's a fun platform for our customers to try out new clothes for free and post honest and accurate reviews of these clothes. You’ll have a chance to receive free clothes if selected, and we ask that you post a detailed review about the overall experience of the clothing item you receive, including quality, style, fit, fabric, and construction. This helps our customers see detailed personal reviews from other fellow customers. Everybody wins!
1.2 Review
If selected by SHEIN to participate in our Free Trial Program, you will receive the clothing item that you chose. We ask that you then submit a detailed review on the item sent to you within 10 days of receiving it. Reviewers can have the product in hand, feel the texture, see the fit, and know what it feels like to wear the garment. Item reviews will offer comments on the material, texture, overall product quality, complete with photos and a detailed description.
2. How It Works
1. Log into your SHEIN User Account. Then click on “More Services” in your “Personal Center.” Then click on “Other Services” and then click on “Free Trial Center.” Browse the available items.
2. Select your item for the chance of a Free Trial by clicking "Free Trial", then choose a size and the Trial Delivery shipping address and click “Submit.”
3. The status will be updated to "Pending" under "My Applications" under “My Free Trial.”
4. Our platform will choose among the applications and selected participants will be announced on the main “Free Trial Center” page.
5. If you did not get selected to participate, your product’s Status under “My Applications” will show as "Failed".
6. If you get selected to participate, your product’s Status under “My Applications” will show as "Approved", and the free product will be sent to the address you provided.
7. Upon receiving the free product, please try it on and pay close attention to the various qualities of the product, such as quality, style, fit, fabric, and construction.
8. We ask that you write a detailed, honest and accurate review of the product and submit your review and photos to us through your SHEIN User Account, ideally within 10 days after receiving the product.
9. Make sure to follow all instructions for creating and uploading your review and photos.
10. We'll review your submissions to make sure that it follows our requirements for length and community guidelines stated in our Review Guidance .
11. In case your review report doesn't meet the requirements or fails to upload, you may, at our sole discretion, get one more chance to amend your initial review and re-submit it.
Please note, once your review has been approved, your words and images will be used on our product review page.
2.1 How To Apply
1. Make sure you still have remaining Free Trial opportunities for this week (You get 3 opportunities per week.) These opportunities do not aggregate.
2. To select your Free Trial items, click "Free Trial."
3. Fill in your correct mailing address and clothing size.
4. Hit "Submit" and stay tuned for your results!
2.2 Review Submission
1. Once you receive your Free Trial item, we ask that you write a detailed, honest, and accurate review. Go ahead and try it on and take full length and detailed shots of your outfit.
2. Click "Upload" to start uploading your review and photos.

3. Qualifications
All active SHEIN User Accounts are eligible for the SHEIN Free Trial. You must be 18 or older to participate in the Free Trial Program. You are eligible to apply for Free Trials up to 3 times per week.
You may not participate in the SHEIN Free Trial where doing so is prohibited by law.
4. Awarding of Points
The review that you submit under the Free Trial Program will receive SHEIN Points as follows:
If the review meets all requirements for length and community guidelines stated in our Review Guidance, 20 SHEIN Points will be awarded.
If the review gets rated as a "Quality Review,” as set forth in Section 7 below, an additional 100 SHEIN Points will be rewarded.
5. Rules & Requirements
You must have a SHEIN User Account.
After processing a Free Trial, we'll generate your order and ship it to you. Before applying for the Free Trial, be sure to select the correct size, address, and other personal information, as we cannot change the size of the Free Trial item, your address or other personal information after the order has been generated.
Please submit a review report within 10 days of receiving the item. If you write a review for the Free Trial item, we ask that you include a full body shot and two detailed photos of the item. If your Free Trial order has not been received for over 30 days, please contact SHEIN Customer Service.
You agree not to engage in any illegal conduct in connection with your participation in the Free Trial Program. You may not use a fake account to apply for Free Trial products in order to receive more free trials. Accounts caught doing this will automatically have their trials canceled, items will not be sent out, and will be deleted from our Free Trial membership. This will also result in being banned from further Free Trials. In addition, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your SHEIN User Account.
Users caught using plagiarized reviews, stolen photos, fake photos, or inappropriate photos or reviews may have their photos and/or reviews removed and flagged. This is strictly forbidden and may result in being banned from our Free Trial Program. We may also terminate your SHEIN User Account
By submitting any reviews and/or photos under the Free Trial Program to SHEIN (such reviews and/or photos herein also referred to individually and collectively as “Submissions”), you acknowledge and agree that SHEIN shall have a right and license to such Submissions, as further detailed in the Terms of Use .
SHEIN shall have the right, and not the obligation, to use any Submissions (as contemplated above). For the avoidance of doubt, SHEIN may elect (i) not to use your Submissions or (ii) to remove them from our website(s) at any time for any reason or for no reason at all.

6. How Are Participants Selected?
Free Trial participants are chosen at random through our automated system. Odds of being chosen depend on the number of applicants for a particular item.
7. Quality Review
A quality review will contain the customer’s opinions and describe the pros and cons of the item they received. It should not just contain positive remarks about the item but should also point out negative aspects as well, if any.
Please take your own photos when posting your Free Trial review. Do not use website photos or other customers’ photos. Make sure to capture the details of the product while wearing it. Use only photos of yourself and no one else’s. Do not post any photos of anyone under the age of 18.
We recommend posting four photos, with a clear focus and details of the item. We recommend the photos be as follows: 1. A full body view. 2. Detail shots of the items. 3. How you styled the item or what you like most about the item.
Please make sure that photos are proportionate in size and in good taste.
Text: Be thorough yet concise. Let us know the pros and cons of the item as well as any important information you wish you had if purchasing this item.
Recommendations & Suggestions
Be honest with your opinion. The object of the Free Trial Program is to let customers know what kind of product they are receiving when ordering with SHEIN. Your positive feedback helps other customers, and your negative feedback helps improve our company.
8. System notification
You'll receive notifications via email or app push notifications. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the email.
9. Exceptions
If you receive a message saying “Unfortunately, this Free Trial item is out of stock,” this may be due to size and inventory issues with our suppliers. To confirm a replacement item for your Free Trial reviews, please contact SHEIN Customer Service .
If at any point during your Free Trial period there is a quality issue, design defect, shipping issue, or conflict with Free Trial, please let us know as soon as possible. Please let us know your feedback and any defects and problems with the product and SHEIN Customer Service.

10. About Customs Duty
If you have applied, and been selected, for a Free Trial item and the item has been detained or seized by customs or charged any kind of customs duty or tariff ("Customs Duty"), you are responsible for clearing customs on your own and paying the Customs Duty.

1. Q: Am I required to pay for shipping fees?
A: Shipping fees are all covered by us. However, you may be required to pay Customs Duty. Please see section 10 above.
2. Q: I applied for the same item with different User Accounts and have been selected on both User Accounts. Can I get multiples of the same item?
A: No, participants cannot receive multiple samples of the same Free Trial item. It is against our terms to create multiple User Accounts. Anyone caught doing so will be banned from our Free Trial program and we reserve the right to terminate their User Account(s).
3. Q: Am I able to keep the Free Trial item?
A: Yes, of course! If you were selected for the Free Trial, it is yours to keep as a thank you for your participation.
4. Q: Will the list of Participants be announced?
A: Yes, we will announce the list of Participants on the main page of the Free Trial Center.
5. Q: What should I do if the size or address of the trial order is wrong?
A: One the order has been generated, we cannot change the size or address of the Free Trial item. These products are processed and shipped quickly. Please be sure the sizing and address information are correct before ordering.
6. Q: I have applied and been chosen to receive a free trial item; however, I feel the item is not my style and does not suit me, can I switch to another item?
A: Unfortunately, once you have applied and been chosen to receive the Free Trial item it cannot be changed.
7. Q: After I've applied for a Free Trial item, if I think I've made a mistake or if I no longer want the item, can I cancel and apply for something else?
A: No, once you have applied for a Free Trial item, you will not be able to cancel it and apply for something else.
8. Q: I have applied many times, why didn’t I get selected? How can I increase my probability of being selected?
A: Free Trial participants are randomly selected through our system, which may consider your SHEIN account's and Free Trial participation’s integrity history. Selection also has to do with the number of participants each week, which is limited. But please don't be discouraged, you can continue to apply next week! We wish you good luck!
9. Q: Which users can apply for the Free Trial Program?
A: As long as your User Account is not blacklisted, and you are at least 18 years old, you can apply for the Free Trial Program. You can apply 3 times every week.
10. Q: It’s been a week since I applied, and I haven't heard anything yet. How long does it take?
A: You can log in to the Free Trial Center to check the status of the Free Trial application the second Tuesday after applying for the Free Trial Program. If you have been selected as a participant, you will also receive an email and an App push notification.
11. Q: What will happen if I don't pay the Customs Duty?
A: If the Free Trial product is confiscated by Customs or any kind of Customs Duty is imposed, the participant is responsible to complete Customs clearance formalities and pay any required Customs Duty. If you are unwilling to pay Customs Duty, the item may be forfeited and we will not send you a replacement product.
12. Q: I can't find the page to upload the report. Can you tell me where it is?
A: Hello, you first need to log in to your SHEIN User Account. Once logged in, go to “More Services” and then to “Free Trial Center.” Then find the approved products under the "My Applications" tab and click the "Upload Review" button below.
