The SHEIN Campus Ambassador Program (the “Program”) is administered by SHEIN Distribution Corporation (“SHEIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your application to, and participation in, the Program. By applying to, and participating in the Program, , you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to apply to, and to participate in, the Program, you must meet all of the requirements below:
- 1. You must be at least 18 years old.
- 2. You must be enrolled in a university/college in the United State (*50 states only).
- 3. You must be authorized to work in the United States.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge, understand, and accept that you are not an employee, consultant, co-venturer, partner, or agent of SHEIN or any of its affiliates. The Program is a referral commission program.
You also acknowledge and understand that you are responsible for reporting and paying any United States federal and state taxes in connection with the commissions you earn under the Program. We may be required to provide you with a United States Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) 1099 Form.
COMMISSION
As a Campus Ambassador, you can start referring customers to SHEIN and providing such customers with your unique reference code (“Reference Code”). When a customer referred by you links their SHEIN User Account with your Reference Code, such customer will become your valid user (“Valid User”). When a Valid User places an order on SHEIN’s website or app and completes, and pays for, the purchase, you will earn a commission (“Commission”) calculated at a rate of 3% of the amount of the Valid User’s total purchase order, excluding returns, sales tax, and shipping costs. Such Commission will be reflected in your Campus Ambassador account (“Ambassador Account”).
Your Ambassador Account may reference a Commission as “Paid,” “Settling,” or “Pending.”
- “Paid” refers to the amount of Commission that has been paid to you.
- “Settling” refers to the amount of Commission in excess of $20 that you have earned but has not yet been paid to you because of the required hold period after the expiration of return/ exchange period. This amount is expected to be paid to you in two or three months after expiration of Your Valid User’s return/exchange period.
- “Pending” refers to the estimated amount of Commissions that are potentially earned from a recent order from a Valid User that is pending the expiration of return/exchange period.
Commissions are calculated and posted on your Ambassador Account on the first day of each month, so the actual amount may be different from the “Commission Settling” amount shown on your Ambassador Account.
Withdrawal
Please note that your Commission will only become available to you for withdrawal, subject to the restrictions set forth under “Commission” section above. In other words, when a Valid User places an order with your Reference Code linked to their SHEIN User Account, you will potentially earn 3% of their total order amount (excluding returns, sales tax and shipping) as Commission, which will be pending for 35 days after the placement of the order (the “return/exchange period”). Then the amount of Commission (in excess of $20 and pro-rated for any applicable returns) is expected to be available for you to withdraw approximately 2 months after the expiration of the return/exchange period.
Additionally, you may make a withdrawal of your Commission as long as you have a minimum amount of $20 in Commissions that have settled and have not yet been paid to you. Your withdrawal may not exceed the then Settled Commissions amount in your Ambassador Account.
Reference Code is Linked for 90-days
You may earn a Commission in connection with sales from a Valid User only during the first 90 days after a Valid User has linked your Reference Code. After the 90-day period, the Reference Code will be automatically removed from the Valid User’s SHEIN User Account and you will no longer earn Commission from their orders and they will no longer be counted as your Valid User.
PROMOTION
As a SHEIN Campus Ambassador, you are to treat other Campus Ambassadors with respect and kindness. We encourage Campus Ambassadors to reach out and support one another, but we are not responsible for the behavior or posts of any Campus Ambassadors.

- 3. You must disclose that the code being promoted is your Reference Code.
- 4. You must clearly communicate that your Reference Code is NOT a coupon code. It cannot be applied at checkout and can only be manually added to the Valid User’s SHEIN User Account.
- 5. You are prohibited from adding your Reference Code to any coupon sites.
- 6. You are prohibited from advertising your Reference Code under other Campus Ambassadors’ social media posts or content, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program and withhold your Settling or Pending Commissions if we reasonably determine that you have materially violated these Terms & Conditions. If your participation in the Program is terminated because of a material violation, you will no longer be eligible to receive any Commission, or any rewards or benefits associated with the Program as of date of termination. If your Ambassador Account has had no referral activities for three (3) months, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program without notice. You may choose to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. If you choose to terminate your participation in the Program, or if we terminate the Program, you must withdraw your Commission within 5 business days, provided that you have not materially violated these Terms & Conditions. After the 5 business days, you will no longer be able to withdraw your Commission.
Furthermore, the Program may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Changes may include, but not limited to, modifying the Commission percentage or imposing additional restrictions. However, any changes or termination of the Program will not affect the payment of Commissions that have already been earned before the date of such change or termination.
