The On-Time Delivery Guarantee ( "Delivery Guarantee" ) with an additional charge of ฿15, is only available for (i) orders with a valid delivery address in Thailand; (ii) standard and express shipping options, including orders eligible for free shipping; and (iii) may be applied with SHEIN's accepted payment options.

If your order does not arrive by the Guaranteed Delivery Date, we will provide you with 300 SHEIN points** within two (2) days from the Guaranteed Delivery Date. The 300 SHEIN points will be credited to your SHEIN User Account under the "My Points" section.

"Guaranteed Delivery Date" is the latest date of the estimated delivery date range stated in your order confirmation email. lf your order includes multiple packages, all packages will be delivered by the Guaranteed Delivery Date, failing which 300 SHEIN points will be credited to your SHEIN User Account. However, the 300 SHEIN points will not be issued if we miss the Guaranteed Delivery Date due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control ( "Beyond Our Control Event" ), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, severe weather storms or pandemic-related restrictions, or if you have provided us with an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address or postal code. SHEIN reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a Beyond Our Control Event has occurred. Any attempted delivery on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date satisfies our Delivery Guarantee.
