How long do I have to return? Do I need to pay for the shipping?
1.We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. For any additional returns from the same order, a 70 THB fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. (See "How do I make a return?" section for details)
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders
, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the mailing method: Pickup Service or Parcel Shop ,then please prepare the return items and pack them carefully. Save the Return Label and show it to the staff or Print out Return Label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
5. If you choose to pick-up,please wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel.
6. If you choose to drop off,please drop off at any return partner's parcelpoints .
How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “Details” to download.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account as per your request.
Please note that the refund for "Online Banking," "PromptPay " and "COD" cannot be withdrawn to your original payment account.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
