1. Browse through the available Free Trial products and select the items you want (at most 3 items a week) and click " Free Trial ".
2. Select your size, fill in your shipping address information and submit.
3. Go to " My Free Trial " to check on your results. Processing time is about 1 week.
4. Your order will be issued and shipped automatically once your Free Trial application is approved. You can click the " Post Report " button in the order list to upload the review once you receive the item.
5. You can check your report status on the " My Report " Page. You only get one chance to rewrite your report if your first review doesn't meet the requirements.

1: The overall introduction
1.1 What is SHEIN Free Trial?
It's a fun platform for our customers to try out new clothes for free and review the items currently on our site. You'll get to receive free clothes in exchange for a detailed review about the overall experience, including quality, style, fit, fabric, and construction. This helps to improve our brand by providing detailed personal reviews for fellow customers to see. Everybody wins!
1.2 Trial report
If selected to participate in our Free Trial program, you must submit a review report on the item sent to you within 10 days. Reviewers can have the product in hand, feel the texture, see the fit, and know what it feels like to wear the garment. Item reviews will offer comments on the material, texture, overall product quality, complete with photos and a detailed description. Reviews that are excellent will be marked as "High Quality" and be awarded additional SHEIN points.
2: How It Works
1. Select your item for Free Trial by clicking "Free Trial", the status will show as "Pending" under "My Application".
2. After we review each application, winners will be announced on the main Free Trial page.
3. If you did not win, your product status will show as "Failed".
4. If you won, your product status will show as "Approved", and the free product will be sent to the address you provided.
5. Upon receiving the free product, you have 10 days to submit a review report.
6. Make sure to follow all instructions for creating and uploading your review.
7. We'll review your submissions to make sure that it follows our requirements.
8. In case your review report doesn't meet the requirements or fails to upload, you get one more chance to reupload.
Please note, once your review has been approved, your words, images, and videos will be used on our product review page. Your username and other personal information is hidden.
2.1 How To Apply
1. Make sure you still have remaining Free Trial opportunities for this week (You get 3 per week.)
2. To select your Free Trial items, click "Free Trial"
3. Fill in your correct mailing address and clothing size.
4. Hit "Submit" and stay tuned for your results!
2.2 Report Submission
1. Once you receive your Free Trial item, it's time for your review! Go ahead and try it on, and take full length and detailed shots of your outfit.
2. Click "Upload" to start uploading your review and photos.
3. Write a detailed description about the Free Trial item and don't forget to include those photos.
4. Click to submit your review report.
5. Wait for the review to be processed. If the review report doesn't upload properly, try reposting (only one more chance).
3: Qualifications
Any non-blocked accounts are eligible for SHEIN Free Trial.
You're eligible to apply for Free Trials up to 3 times per week.
4: Points Reward Rules
If the review report doesn't meet the requirements, no points will be awarded.
If the review report meets the requirements, 20 points will be awarded.
If the review report gets rated as a "Quality Review", an additional 100 points will be rewarded.
5: Rules & Requirements
After processing a Free Trial, we'll generate your order and ship it to you. Before applying for the Free Trial, be sure to select the correct size, address, and other personal information, as we do not re-ship packages or bear responsibility for lost items.
Please submit a review report within 10 days of receiving the item. Forgetting or not submitting style reviews will directly affect your participation in new Free Trials in the future. Reviews should include a full body shot and two detailed photos of the item. If your review does not meet the requirements, you may not be selected for Free Trials in the future. If your Free Trial order has not been received for over 30 days, please contact SHEIN Customer Service
You may not use a fake account to apply for Free Trial products in order to receive more free trials. Accounts caught doing this will automatically have their trials canceled, items will not be sent out, and will be deleted from our Free Trial membership. This will also result in being banned from further Free Trials.
Users caught using stolen photos, fake photos, or inappropriate photos will have their reviews removed and flagged. This is strictly forbidden and will result in being banned from our free trial program.
If the review report is not approved after submitting, the user will have one chance to submit another report. Please be sure to resubmit the report according to the instructions.
6: How are winners chosen?
Free Trial testers are chosen through our automated system. Our system will consider testers' activity levels with previous Free Trials. The system considers whether the user is a potentional buyer, how much they have bought in the past, and how well they have done with our Free Trials in the past.
7: Quality report requirements
Contents
A quality review report will contain the customer's opinions and describe the pros and cons of the item they received. It should not just contain negative remarks about the item but should have some positive aspects as well.
Photos
Please take your own photos when posting your Free Trial report. Do not use website photos or other customer's photos as it is forbidden to steal photos. Make sure to capture the details of the product while wearing it.
We recommend posting four photos, with a clear focus and details of the item. We recommend the photos be as follows: 1. A full body view. 2. Detail shots of the items. 3. How you styled the item or what you like most about the item.
Please make sure that photos are proportionate in size and in good taste.
Text: Be thorough yet concise. Let us know the pros and cons of the item as well as any important information you wish you had if purchasing this item.
Recommendations & Suggestions
Feel free to be honest with your opinion. The object of these free trials is to let customers know what kind of product they are receiving when ordering with SHEIN. Your positive feedback helps other customers and your negative feedback helps improve our company.

9: Exceptions

10: About tariffs
When you've applied for Free Trial items and these products have been confiscated by customs or charged a tariff, users are responsible for clearing customs on their own and paying the tariff.

1. Q: Am I required to pay shipping fees?
A: Shipping fees are all covered by us. The only thing we require of you is submit your review within 10 days of receiving your Free Trial item.
2. Q: I applied for the same sample with different IDs, and have been selected on both IDs, can I get multiple samples?
A: No, members cannot receive multiple samples of the same trial items. It is against our terms to create multiple accounts for free trial items. Any one caught doing so will be banned from our Free Trial program.
3. Q: Am I able to keep the free trial item once I submit my review?
A: Yes, of course! If you were selected for the Free Trial, it is yours to keep once you have submitted a successful trial product review.
4. Q: Will the list of winners be announced?
A: Yes, we will announce the list of winners in the trial center of the website.
5. Q: What should I do if the size or address of the trial order is wrong?
A: One the order has been generated, we cannot change the size or address of the free trial item. These products are processed and shipped quickly. Please be sure the sizing and address information are correct before ordering.
6. Q: I have applied and been chosen to receive a free trial item; however I feel the item is not my style and does not suit me, can I switch to another item?
A: Unfortunately once you have applied and been chosen to receive the Free Trial item it cannot be changed. Please feel free to ask a friend or family member to help you out in writing your review if you feel the style better suits them.
7. Q: What should I do if the Free Trial review fails to upload?
If you are unable to upload the review, please check if the submitted link is correct. The link must direct to the Free Trial product you obtained. The image size is at least 500*680px.
If you still cannot upload it, please upload the information you want to upload and the screenshot of the page that shows you failed to upload to our SHEIN Customer Service, we will verify and help you as soon as possible.
8. Q: After I've applied for a sample product, if I think I've made a mistake or if I no longer want the item, can I cancel and apply for something else?
A: No, once you have applied for a Free Trial item, you will not be able to cancel it and apply for something else.
9. Q: I have applied many times, why didn’t I win? How can I increase my probability of winning?
A: Hello, the Free Trial Winners are randomly selected through our system, which considers your SHEIN account's various credit records and trial integrity history and so on. It also has to do with the number of Winners each week, which is limited. But please don't be discouraged, you can continue to apply next week! We wish you good luck!
10. Q: Which users can apply for the trial?
A: Hello, as long as your account is not blacklisted, you can apply for the Free Trial. You can apply for 3 products every week.
11. Q: It’s been a week since I applied, and I haven't heard anything yet. How long does it take?
A: Hello, you can log in to the Free Trial Center to check the status of the trial application the second Tuesday after applying for the Free Trial. If you are successfully selected as a winner, you will also receive our email and app push notifications.
12. Q: When I click on the trial application, there is an option that allows me to change my country, but my country does not appear.
A: Hello, it may be that the website you are browsing does not support the corresponding shipping country. Please try to switch to the corresponding site of the country first.
13. Q: If my review is not approved, do I need to return the package?
A: Hello, you can keep the product, but this will affect your eligibility for the next Free Trial and your chances of being selected.
14. Q: What will happen if I don't pay the Customs Duty?
A: Hello, we have stated in the rules that if the Free Trial product is confiscated by Customs or a Customs Duty is imposed, the user is responsible to clear Customs and pay any required tariff. If you are unwilling to pay Customs Duty, this may affect your next Free Trial eligibility.
15. Q: I can't find the entrance to upload the report, can you tell me where it is?
A: Hello, you first need to log in to Personal Center. Once logged in, go to Free Trial Center, then find the approved products under the "My Applications" tab, and click the "Upload Report" button below.
16. Q: What impact will there be if no report is sent 10 days after receiving the package?
A: Hello, if you are unable to upload the report within 10 days of receiving the package, please contact us in time to extend the time for you. Otherwise, it will affect your next Free Trial eligibility.
