Dear users, we offer you three refund/cash options, ie you can choose to refund/withdraw to Yesbank (India User Support Only)/Paytm (Indian User Support Only)/PayPal Account.

2. (Refund process introduction)

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Yesbank account, you will need to submit the IFSC Code/Bank Account/Name/City information on the webpage and reconfirm the submitted account information;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Paytm account, you will need to submit the Account Number information on the webpage and reconfirm the submitted account information.

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your PayPal account, you will need to submit an email message on the webpage.

In order to better ensure the security of your funds, if you apply for a suspected misappropriation account in the refund/withdrawal process, we will suspend the refund/cash or ask for your relevant information.

3. (Refund / withdrawal estimated time to inform)

If you choose to refund/withdraw to a Yesbank account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Paytm account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 3-7 business days;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your PayPal account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 2-7 business days.
