1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our", "us", "our loyalty program" or the "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards plan for our fans, through which they can claim rewards, gain access to pop-up events and bonuses, receive member-exclusive promotions and the latest fashion news. Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards on every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Program is available online on SHEIN.com sites for various countries. Each Account is enrolled in the Program only once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Each purchase will be considered for your subscription (including cross-site purchases), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of the site where you are registered.
1.3 VALIDITY
To become a member, a purchase is required. Eligible purchases mean purchases of goods and gift cards through the SHEIN wallet or another payment method available on the SHEIN site within the stipulated period, excluding the amount of refunds/rejections/cancellations of your orders and payments with SHEIN gift cards.
Due to changes in exchange rates, the order value may fluctuate slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 SUBSCRIPTION
There is no fee for SHEIN VIP. SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals only and to a single account per person.
Based on your identification, we may verify whether you are of legal age to join our program, and you have the responsibility to keep your email address and contact details updated in your Account, for your subscription.
SHEIN reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the removal of the Account from the Program without notice. When a Subscription is terminated, all outstanding coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the Subscription are forfeited.
2. ABOUT TIERS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP consists of four tiers: Tier S1, Tier S2, Tier S3 (available for members who have made purchases) and Tier S0 (available for registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member qualifies (except for Tier S1); after that, identity validation is required every month. Data refresh usually takes up to 24 hours. Please check the tier after 24 hours.
Once you reach Tier S1, you will obtain lifetime status. Note that your subscription tier is based on the number of eligible purchases or the amount of eligible spending in the last 12 months, 45 days before the update date each month.

3. ABOUT REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Enrollment in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. The details of these Offers are presented periodically on the Program Website.

3.2 OTHERS
The details and conditions of the Offers, as set forth on the Program Website, are valid for the effective membership period, unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.
Note that rewards from SHEIN VIP cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to previous purchases.
Coupons apply only on the site where you are registered.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
Once you have joined our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with the rules. SHEIN may, at its discretion, modify, limit or change the rules, regulations, rewards, eligibility for SHEIN VIP membership or any other feature of SHEIN VIP and/or may discontinue the SHEIN VIP program at any time, at its discretion, with reasonable notice on the site and/or by email. You can consult the most recent version of this rule on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after these rules are amended, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily discontinue using the member rewards established in the rules. Please check the website periodically for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account on the website or please contact SHEIN Customer Service. It is your responsibility to periodically check or read these Conditions to inform yourself of any changes.
Note that termination of the subscription means that you will only be able to shop on shein.com using the guest checkout function, and unused Points and unused Rewards remaining in this account will be forfeited.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the program terms, including Rewards and Tiers, or may suspend or terminate the program if this program cannot operate as planned for any reason (including in case of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchase and cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, any false declaration or any action that harms SHEIN's interests or fraud or attempted fraud, may result in revocation of membership and will affect the member's eligibility for further participation in the program.
4.4 COMMUNICATIONS
In case of modification, suspension or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify by mail, email and other marketing channels with your permission and will display all changes on this page. Following unsubscription, you will no longer receive our message in time and will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in case of modification or suspension of the Program. Note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails, such as changes or information about your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the standard SHEIN VIP program at any time, which may involve changes to tiers and rewards. Ultimately, SHEIN has the power of final interpretation.
