PRICE, VAT and FEES
All prices include applicable VAT and any other taxes (if applicable). Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees can always be checked using the "Shipping Information" link on the website or in the apps. They are also specified individually for your order during the checkout process. The total cost of the order is the price of the ordered products plus the shipping fee.
Pay with Paypal
When you place an order through Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm the payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You can complete the order even without a PayPal account. To do this, click "Pay with debit/credit card" and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete the payment securely through PayPal.
Pay with credit/debit card
The available credit card options are indicated above. Credit cards issued by the companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Don't worry if your credit card issuing company is not listed, we encourage you to proceed and complete the purchase.
Please note that SHEIN does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our website, please consult your card issuing bank for information.
"Coupon Code" and "Bonus Points"
At checkout, you can apply coupons and bonus points to your order. After entering your coupon code and SHEIN points, click "Apply", and the discount will automatically adjust the order total. Please note that if you do not click "Apply" before completing the order, the order total will not reflect the coupon and bonus point discount.
NOTES:
- Please make sure to enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, without any space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you copy/paste the promotional code you received.
- Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
- Coupons are subject to the offer conditions. This excludes some items on our website that are not eligible for coupon-based discounts.
- You can pay up to 70% of your purchase with bonus points at checkout. Please note that 100 points = 1 USD.
