Q1: What types of points exist on the sites?
A1: They include, but are not limited to, points for placing an order, comment reward, sign-in reward, lucky draw and all other small games, survey reward, and points granted by SHEIN customer service, etc.
Q2: How can I view my points balance on other sites?
A2: You can visit the points page on different sites and see the remaining balance of your points. The same site, but different equipment points are interchangeable.
Q3: If I place an order on site A and sign for it on site B, how is the order placement and comment reward calculated?
A3: Regardless of which site you sign for the order or comment, the order placement reward and comment reward are calculated based on the site where you place the order.

About receiving SHEIN points
Here are some ways you can earn SHEIN points.
Confirm your registration
You can confirm your email address on the profile page to receive 100 points.
Shop and save
You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
Points will be credited to your account after you confirm delivery of the order.
Log in to your SHEIN account.
Tap My Orders
Select the orders you have received and tap Confirm Delivery
Write reviews on our products
Points can be earned by posting comments and reviews on purchased items. Once you have reached the minimum number of text comments about the product, you will receive 5 points.

Participate in activities
Scan the QR code to open the app or search for SHEIN in the App Store or Google Play to join the following campaigns. You can earn more points.
Sign in daily
1. For each consecutive day you sign in, you will earn additional points.
2. A consecutive streak lasts a maximum of 7 days. On the eighth day, the cycle will restart and it will count as your first sign-in of the cycle. But be careful, if you miss a day in the 7-day cycle, you will start over from the first day.
Log in to SHEIN Live
Points will be awarded randomly during the live broadcast.
Participate in daily marketing activities
Participate in the activities that can earn you points, organized by SHEIN within the specified time frame and receive the corresponding rewards according to the activity rules.
About using SHEIN points
Points are independent on each of the SHEIN sites. The balance is displayed on the Points History page. It is the balance available on the current site.
Every 100 points = 1 USD. You can use points to deduct up to 70% of the total amount of products when placing an order (only the total product price is supported, excluding postage, insurance and other fees). Points will be used based on how soon they expire. To learn more about points and their use, please tap here .
You can also use points to claim coupons during special events or to obtain game opportunities, etc. For specific usage rules, please refer to the terms and conditions of each event.
About viewing SHEIN points
Please log in to your SHEIN account and tap SHEIN Points/My Points in your personal account to view the balance. You can only view the current points balance of one location at the current location.
About SHEIN points validity period
Based on categories, SHEIN POINTS have different validity periods. Validity ranges from 7 days to 3 months, some may have a longer validity. If your points have expired before being used, they will be deleted from the account.
About SHEIN daily points limit
For each user, there is a maximum number of points they can receive daily. When users reach the maximum number of points they can receive daily, they can still participate in events and games, but cannot receive more points. Click here to understand the limit configuration.
1. Each user can receive a maximum of 8000 SHEIN points daily;
2. Each user can receive a maximum of 2000 SHEIN points daily from comments;
3. Each user can receive a maximum of 100 SHEIN points daily from sign-ins;
4. Each user can receive a maximum of 500 SHEIN points daily from events;
5. Each user can receive a maximum of 200 SHEIN points daily from surveys;
About SHEIN points refund
1. If an unpaid order is canceled, the points applied to the original order will be returned to your points account immediately.
2. If you request a return, the points for the returned item will return to your account along with the refund. If it is a partial return, the points will be refunded based on a percentage of the product price.
3. If the cancellation/refund order takes place outside the points validity period, the expired points will not be refunded, and the user can see the records in the points details.
4. If the return takes place after you have confirmed receipt, the points from the original order will be returned to your points account. Points received from placing an order will be deducted, starting to be deducted from the points that are expiring. If your points account balance is not sufficient, points will be deducted until it reaches 0.
