1. What is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN user account, where you will be able to keep and access (1) wallet credits and (2) promotional wallet credits (this site does not currently offer the promotional wallet, but stay tuned, as it will be available soon).
Wallet credit may be provided to you when you return items you have purchased from the site or app in accordance with our return policy and choose a wallet credit instead of a refund via your original payment method. Wallet credit can be withdrawn.
Promotional wallet credit may be provided to you if you participate in promotional activities on the site or app, such as in-app games and the check-in program, among others, and earn promotional wallet credit in accordance with the terms and conditions of such promotional activities. There is an expiration date for promotional wallet credit. Please use it before the expiration date. When the credit expires, it can no longer be recovered. Withdrawal of promotional wallet credit is not supported.
2. Where to Check My Wallet Balance?
You can check your wallet balance by logging into your account in the SHEIN app or on the SHEIN website. Go to "Me" >
"Wallet" in the SHEIN app or "My Assets" > "
My Wallet" on SHEIN.com.
3. How do I use My Wallet?
You can view your wallet credit balance in the Wallet section at checkout and apply it to your purchase. You can apply your SHEIN wallet balance to a SHEIN purchase only in accordance with the Terms, except for the purchase of SHEIN CLUB or SHEIN Saver memberships.
Please note that if the currency selected for order payment differs from that of the wallet credits in the Wallet section, the wallet credit balance will not appear on the checkout page. After purchase, you will still be able to check the balance in the Wallet section.
Wallet credit and promotional wallet credit cannot be used to purchase marketplace products, which are marked with a marketplace icon on the product list page.
4. Can I still pay with My Wallet if I have already applied bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes! You can use wallet credits or promotional wallet credits together with a coupon and bonus points.
5. How do I withdraw money for wallet credits from My Wallet?
Just click the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT button, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and click SUBMIT to validate. The funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
Please note that promotional wallet credits cannot be withdrawn.
6. How long does it take for the withdrawn money for wallet credits to appear in my account?
Normally, it takes 1-5 business days for the funds to appear in your PayPal account or 7-14 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank card.
Please note that the funds will be returned to the original account that was used to make the payment, whether it is a PayPal account or a credit card.
7. Can I withdraw the wallet credit to another card?
Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn to another card. The funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
8. Can I transfer the balance from My Wallet to another SHEIN account?
Unfortunately, transferring wallet credits or promotional wallet credits from one SHEIN account to another is not possible.
If you wish to withdraw your wallet credits, you can use the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT feature. The funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made. Please note that promotional wallet credits cannot be withdrawn.
9. Why can't I withdraw the credit from My Wallet?
Make sure that the amount you entered to be withdrawn does not exceed the wallet credit amount.
10. I have never used wallet credit, why is My Wallet empty?
If you completed checkout using wallet credit and placed an unpaid order, the applied wallet credit will remain with the unpaid order.
To restore your wallet credit balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button in My Orders, and the wallet credits will be refunded to your wallet.
