The program is available online at SHEIN.com for websites of different countries. Each account is registered in the program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Each purchase will be counted for your membership (including purchases across sites), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of your registered site .

A purchase is required to become a member. Eligible Purchases means purchases of merchandise and gift cards through the SHEIN wallet or other payment available on the SHEIN website within the specified time, excluding the value of refunds / rejections / cancellations of your orders and payment with SHEIN gift cards.

There is no fee for SHEIN VIP. SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual.

SHEIN VIP consists of four tiers: Tier S1, Tier S2, Tier S3 (available for purchased members) and Tier S0 (available for registered members).

Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member qualifies (excluding Tier S1); thereafter, identity validation is required every month. Data updates generally take up to 24 hours. Check your tier after 24 hours.

Membership in the program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers"), in addition to prizes. Details of these offers are established periodically on the program website.

The details and terms of any offer, as established on the program website, are valid for the effective membership period, unless otherwise specified on the program website.

After joining our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, change, limit or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility or any other feature of SHEIN VIP and / or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time, at its sole discretion, upon reasonable prior notice on the website and / or by email. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules have been changed, you will be considered to have accepted the revised rules. SHEIN may modify the program terms, including the tier gifts, or suspend or terminate the program, if such program cannot perform as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchase and cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, misrepresentation or action that harms SHEIN's interests, fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member's removal from the membership and will affect the member's eligibility for further participation in the program.
