The first designer we would like to introduce is a girl who is beautiful inside and out. Like most of our designers, she has been with SHEIN since its inception, 10 years ago. In the early days, before our designs became popular, we arranged for our designers to deepen their studies in fashion design and invited senior designers to help us build our brand. Now, more than a decade later, we have established a huge team of professional designers. Each of our designers has their own sense of fashion; some focus on creating elegant, cute, athletic, sexy, modern styles and all the differences in between. Our designers understand that you, as a customer, are looking for more than just beautiful and stylish clothes. You are following a lifestyle.

When selecting which fabric manufacturers to work with, we have gone through many waves of partnerships over the years. In addition to style and design, we place great value on fabric quality. We want our customers to feel comfortable, as if they are being embraced by our clothes. At the same time, we don't want to increase the cost or production, nor the price for our customers. After comparing many manufacturers, and after much trial and error, we found a good balance between quality and cost and established stable operations with our current producers.
