Some products sold to you on the SHEIN Site or App may be eligible for a price adjustment (“Price Adjustment”) subject to the restrictions below. Products that may be eligible for a Price Adjustment (“Eligible Product(s)” or “Product(s)”) will have a corresponding “Price Adjustment” entry in the “My Orders” section of your SHEIN User Account, where you may also view the time period that the “Price Adjustment” is effective for that Product.
If the price of an Eligible Product that you have purchased is reduced within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly offer you the difference between the price that you paid and the lowered price, subject to the restrictions below. Such difference will be issued to your SHEIN User Account in the form of SHEIN Points once your request for a Price Adjustment has been processed and approved.
To request a Price Adjustment, go to the “My Orders” section of your SHEIN User Account, find your order, and click on “Request Price Adjustment.” All Eligible Products in your order will then be evaluated for Price Adjustment: each Eligible Product’s price that you paid at the time of purchase (the “Paid Price”) will be compared to the current price (“Current Price”) of the same item. If we determine that an Eligible Product’s Current Price is lower than the Paid Price (subject to the restrictions below), then we will offer you the difference in the form of SHEIN Points, which will be calculated using the following formula: every $1 of price difference = 100 Points. The Points issued under this Price Adjustment policy will be issued to your SHEIN User Account and will expire 60 days from the date of issuance.
The following restrictions apply:
- Price Adjustment is only available for Eligible Products, which consist of: i) products sold to you by SHEIN; and ii) products of those Third-Party Sellers who have chosen to participate in the Price Adjustment program. Products of those Third-Party Sellers who have not chosen to participate in the Price Adjustment program, SHEIN gift cards, SHEIN CLUB memberships, and SHEIN Saver memberships are not eligible for Price Adjustment. You may view the items in your order that may be eligible for Price Adjustment by visiting the “My Orders” section of your SHEIN User Account.
- You can only request a Price Adjustment only if there is an identical Product (with the same SKU, color, size, and sold by the same seller) that is available and is offered for sale on the same SHEIN Site or App as the Product that you have purchased.
- Any promotional discount applied to a Product’s price at the time of purchase will be factored in when determining the Paid Price.
- A Product whose Current Price is lower than the Paid Price solely due to a current promotional discount, being on clearance, or being discontinued, is not eligible for Price Adjustment.
- You can request a Price Adjustment only within 30 days after the date of your purchase.
- If you receive Points under a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item, the same number of Points that you had received under the Price Adjustment will be deducted from your SHEIN User Account.
- We can only offer one Price Adjustment per Product in each order.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Price Adjustment policy and to deny requests for Price Adjustments at our reasonable discretion.
