1. The SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP (“our”, “us”, “our loyalty program” or “Program”)! SHEIN VIP is a rewards plan for our fans that allows them to redeem rewards, access events and pop-ups, receive exclusive member promotions and the latest fashion news. After joining our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards for every purchase made. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICATION
The program is available on SHEIN.com websites for various countries. Each Account is registered in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will be credited to the membership account (including purchases from different sites), but level upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules. Your registration page .
1.3 VALIDITY
To become a member of the program, it is necessary to make a purchase. Eligible purchases mean purchases of goods and gift cards via the SHEIN wallet or other payment methods available on the SHEIN website at the time of ordering, excluding refund/rejection/cancellation amounts and payments made with a SHEIN gift card.
Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the order amount may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
Participation in the SHEIN VIP program is free. Membership in the SHEIN VIP program is reserved for individuals only and limited to one account per person.
Your identity details indicate that you are of eligible age to join our program, and you are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information in your account up to date.
SHEIN reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the terms and conditions. Any fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the removal of the Account from the Program without notice. Upon termination of membership, all outstanding coupons and rewards associated with the membership shall be forfeited.
2. ABOUT LEVELS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
The SHEIN VIP program includes four statuses: Level S1, Level S2, Level S3 (available for purchasing members) and Level S0 (available for registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each level is valid for 12 months from the qualification date of the SHEIN VIP program member (does not apply to level S1); thereafter, monthly identity verification is required. Data refresh usually takes up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, please check your level.
Once Level S1 is reached, this status is valid for life. Please note that your membership level depends on the amount of qualifying spending over the last 12 months, specifically as of 45 days before the refresh date each month.

3. AWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Participation in the Program may entitle you, in addition to receiving rewards, to receive various offers (“Offers”). Details of these Offers are periodically posted on the Program website.

3.2 Others
Details and terms of any Offers posted on the Program Website apply during the period of actual membership, unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.
Please note that SHEIN VIP rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to past purchases.
Coupons apply only to the registration page.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
By joining our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, change, limit, or modify the rules, terms and conditions, rewards, membership eligibility, or any other features of SHEIN VIP and/or may terminate the SHEIN VIP program at any time at its sole discretion, by providing appropriate advance notice on the website and/or via email. You can review the latest version of these terms and conditions on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the modification of these terms and conditions, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should voluntarily stop using the membership rewards agreed upon in the terms. Please check the website regularly for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
Membership can be canceled at any time through your Account on the website or by contacting SHEIN Customer Service. You are responsible for checking or reviewing these Terms from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
Please note that canceling your membership means that you will only be able to shop on shein.com as a guest, and any remaining points and rewards on this account will be forfeited.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the program terms, including Rewards and Tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if it is unable to run as planned for any reason (including in the case of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchases and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any of its terms and conditions, provision of false information, or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud, may result in the revocation of the user's membership and will affect their ability to further participate in the program.
4.4 MESSAGES
In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify you via mail, email, and other marketing channels with your consent, and will also display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will result in the user not receiving our messages on time, and the user will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN may still send you emails containing information such as changes or details regarding your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to change, update, or suspend the SHEIN VIP membership standards at any time, which may involve changes to tier status and rewards. SHEIN reserves the right of final interpretation.
