By submitting your data and clicking "APPLY NOW", you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) the information you provide to us is true and accurate; (c) any designs or photos you submit were created solely by you and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. The information you provide will be used by us to determine, at our sole discretion, whether to consider signing a potential license agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the SHEIN X Program. This is only the first step in the process. If we do not contact you, it will be because, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept each season, we have determined that you are not a fit for the Program this season.

3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X Program, the designs or photos you submitted will be deleted from our records.
