The "EU Warehouse" label means that the item can be shipped from a warehouse in Europe. If the item cannot be shipped from a warehouse in Europe, it will be shipped from a warehouse outside Europe. Please note that shipping from outside Europe may cause delays.

If your package is not delivered within the designated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that we can process the issues. Please note that 1) if your package is marked as delivered in the system but you have not yet received it, or 2) your package contains incorrect items, missing items, or there is another issue related to the package, you should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking information page. Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the shipping date). After this period, the button will be grayed out and cannot be used to earn additional points.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Furthermore, if your order includes special items such as pre-order and/or personalized products, the estimated delivery time may be longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

A Handling Fee (customs duty, warehouse handling fee, and customs clearance) will be added to orders over 789 PLN.

Cancelling items may affect the availability of free shipping for your order. If your order no longer meets the free shipping criteria after the cancellation, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
