The order is confirmed after you enter the verification code from the message sent to your mobile phone number; the code is valid for 30 minutes.

You can cancel your order yourself within 10 minutes to 6 hours after confirmation. If this is unsuccessful, it means the order has already been processed for shipment. In such a case, please contact customer service to attempt to cancel the order.

Usually via Bluedart, it takes 8-15 business days (includes 3-5 business days for order processing). Exceptional delays may occur due to bad weather, holidays, and vacations.

We are very sorry, but we do not currently offer exchange returns for COD orders. We recommend that you directly place a new order for the new item if you wish to make an exchange and return the original items to us for a refund. The refund will be processed within 5 business days from the moment we receive your return package. For COD orders, the amount will be refunded to your SHEIN wallet, and you will be able to use it along with a coupon code for your next purchase. Refunding the amount to your SHEIN wallet usually takes about 48 hours. Once the refund for your COD order has been issued to your SHEIN wallet, the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.
