SHEIN Poland: Bonus Points Policy

This Policy (“Bonus Points Policy”) describes the terms and conditions for using bonus points (“Bonus Points”, “SHEIN points” or “points”) awarded by SHEIN (“seller” or “SHEIN”) and which may be earned or used by any non-commercial natural person (“Customer”) on the site. pl.shein.com and in related mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Site").
By receiving or using bonus points, the user hereby agrees to this policy. This policy refers to the general terms and conditions of the website ("general terms and conditions"). This bonus points policy may be amended from time to time without notice. The applicable bonus points policy is the one that was in effect at the time the points were awarded.
1 General Provisions
1.1 The SHEIN Points Program ("SHEIN Points Program"), under which the user can earn SHEIN points, operates in accordance with this policy, unless expressly stated otherwise. By participating in the points program, the user agrees to the bonus points policy, the rules of the SHEIN Points Program, and additional communications from SHEIN (e.g., rules/terms specific to various promotions using points), as well as Regulations i privacy policy SHEIN.
1.2 To be eligible to receive SHEIN points, the user must register on the website and create an account (“SHEIN user account”) in accordance with the procedure described in section 3 of the terms and conditions. The user may not participate in the SHEIN points program if their previous account has been suspended or deleted.
1.3 SHEIN points can be earned by placing orders or using services offered on the site. SHEIN points are awarded at the sole discretion of the seller.
1.4 SHEIN points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or account balance.
1.5 SHEIN points can only be used to purchase products on the site.
1.6 SHEIN points can only be used on the SHEIN site where they were originally awarded (e.g., after receiving points on the Polish SHEIN site, these points can only be used on the Polish version of the site).
1.7 Each granted pool of points has its own expiration date. The user should ensure the validity of the points and use them before the deadline at their own discretion.
Once the expiration date passes, using the points will no longer be possible.
2 Earning SHEIN points.
Additional points can be obtained in several ways:
2.1 You can earn SHEIN points by:
(i) Shopping on the website.
You can earn SHEIN points by making purchases on the website or in the app. 1 point = 1 dollar (current currency exchange rates apply) spent on website purchases. Discounts and promotions apply. Users will not receive SHEIN points until they confirm delivery of the order. Failure to confirm receipt of the package within six (6) months of placing the order will result in SHEIN points not being awarded. Users will not receive SHEIN points for costs associated with taxes, shipping fees, and other additional charges.
(ii) Registration confirmation.
If you confirm your email address, you will receive up to 100 points.
(iii) Posting reviews of received products.
Users can earn up to 17 points per item by leaving a review. To qualify for points, the review must meet the minimum text length requirements, SHEIN's terms and conditions, and local laws.
Points are awarded as follows:
· The review itself – 5 points
· Review with a product photo – an additional 10 points, for a total of 15.
· Review with size information – additional 2 points, total 17
(iv) Participating in SHEIN activities
· Daily check-in. Participating in the check-in program. Users can earn points by checking in daily on the site.
· Other in-app activities. Scan the QR code to open the app or join other campaigns. Users can earn points according to the rules of individual promotions.
· Contests and games. Users may receive points in accordance with the rules of individual contests, lotteries, and games.
· Live streams. Users can earn points by joining SHEIN live events. Points are awarded randomly at the sponsor's discretion. Users must be logged in during the broadcast to receive points.
· Other events. SHEIN may hold other promotions, events, or contests where you will have the chance to win points. The number of points and other requirements will be determined during specific activities. Please check the website and app regularly for the latest information on additional opportunities to earn points.
3 Point validity period.
Additional points have different validity periods, which are specified at the time the points are awarded. After the expiration date, the points can no longer be used and will be removed.
4 Using SHEIN points.
SHEIN points HAVE NO CASH VALUE and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. SHEIN points are discounts that can be used exclusively to reduce the prices of products available on the website or in the app (excluding shipping, insurance, and other taxes).
One hundred (100) points is one (1) US dollar, which means that one hundred (100) points is about 4 PLN, depending on the exchange rate.
Please note that SHEIN Points do not apply to certain products sold by Third-Party Sellers. Detailed information will be provided on the payment page.
Users may use points to reduce the total amount of any order by up to 70% (excluding shipping costs, insurance, taxes, and other fees, including promotions and coupon discounts).
Points will be deducted from the user's account balance until it reaches 0.
Additional rules:
(i) When using SHEIN points to place an order, those with an earlier expiration date will be used first.
(ii) Points cannot be exchanged or transferred from or to another loyalty program.
(iii) Any benefits associated with SHEIN points are for the user's sole use and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred to another user, unless SHEIN consents to it. Any transfer, assignment, exchange, or other transfer of points in violation of these terms may, at SHEIN's discretion, result in: (i) cancellation of the awarded points; and/or (ii) deletion of the user's account on SHEIN.
5 Checking SHEIN points.
You can check your SHEIN points by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Points" section under the "My Assets" tab in the user panel.
Users can only check their points balance on the SHEIN website where they are currently logged in. For questions regarding points, please contact Customer service.
6 Daily points limit.
You can receive a maximum of eight thousand (8000) points daily for all activities.
Details of individual limits:

After reaching this limit, the user can still participate in any activities, but will no longer receive points for them.
7 Corrections.
SHEIN reserves the right to correct errors and make adjustments for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, if: (i) points were erroneously credited to a user's account; or (ii) received at an incorrect rate.
SHEIN may also refuse the use of points, reverse any transaction, including those involving the use of points, or deduct points from a user's account if an error related to the range of required points existed at the time of the attempted use.
Please note that these rights apply regardless of whether the error resulted from the actions of SHEIN or any of the company's entities.
8 Cancellation and returns.
If an unpaid order is cancelled, the points used for partial payment of that order will be returned to the user's SHEIN account.
In the event of a processed return, points used for partial payment of such an order will be returned to the user's SHEIN account, unless they have already expired. If it is a partial return, points will be returned proportionally.
Points received for an order that has been successfully cancelled or returned will be deducted from the balance.
If a user does not have a sufficient number of points, a negative account balance may occur. It can be balanced out by receiving an appropriate number of points. A negative account balance does not entail any requirements or obligations for the user.
9 End of program.
Subject to applicable law, SHEIN reserves the right to terminate the SHEIN points program at any time, for any reason, upon providing the user with appropriate notice.
In the event of customer account deletion, any points earned will be removed, and the customer will no longer be able to use them. The same procedure will apply in the event of a breach of these rules, the website terms and conditions, or other SHEIN regulations.
10 Limitations and exceptions regarding points.
10.1 Restrictions on earning additional points. Users who have been “blacklisted” in accordance with point 2.2.(6) SHEIN Terms and Conditions will not be able to earn SHEIN points for:
(i) posting reviews of ordered products or reviews as described in point 2.1 (iii) of these terms and conditions.

The following are the most frequently asked questions – it is worth reviewing them before contacting customer service.
· How can I get SHEIN points? You must log in to your account. Points can be earned for every purchase on the website. With a few exceptions, 1 US dollar is 1 bonus point, meaning approximately every 4 PLN spent equals 1 bonus point. However, please note that exchange rates change daily and the amount may vary depending on the date. The conversion also does not take decimal places into account. Points will not appear in your account until the purchase is confirmed.
· How do you award SHEIN points for purchases? Points will only be awarded once the purchase is confirmed, in accordance with section 4 of the site's terms and conditions. If you do not confirm delivery, you will not receive the points.
· Will my SHEIN points expire? Yes. SHEIN points expire. Their expiration dates vary depending on what they were awarded for and can range from 7 days to 3 months. You will be informed of the expiration date at the time the points are awarded. If the points are not used within the specified timeframe, they will expire and can no longer be used.
