The following terms (“One-Click Payment Terms”), last updated April 20, 2023, apply to SHEIN's one-click payment feature (“One-Click Pay”). By using the one-click payment feature on the Website or in the App, you agree to be bound by these One-Click Payment Terms. If you do not agree to these One-Click Payment Terms, do not use the one-click payment feature on the Website or App. Use of the one-click payment feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which contain, among other things, applicable legal provisions and definitions of certain words used in these One-Click Payment Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these One-Click Payment Terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your use of the one-click payment feature is subject to binding individual arbitration for any disputes that may arise, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use, which also means that you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
1. The one-click payment feature is only available for selected items (“Items”) with specific stock-keeping units (“SKUs”) sold by SHEIN on the Site or in the App and is not available for any items sold by third-party sellers.
2. When one-click payment is available for a specific Item on the Website or in the Application, it allows for the seamless addition of the Item to the Original Order (as defined below) and its purchase using the same payment method as used for the Original Order.
3. Original Order (“Original Order”) is the last order you placed with us and for which you have made payment, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "One-click Pay", you authorize us to automatically add the Item to the Original Order and to charge the price of the Item including applicable taxes using the same payment method you used to pay for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported for the one-click payment feature are credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
6. Users may use the one-click payment feature to add Items to the Original Order and pay for such Items for only one SKU at a time, while each SKU can be purchased in multiple units at once. If you wish to purchase Items with a different SKU, you must complete the "One-Click Pay" purchase process separately for each Item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per Original Order that can be purchased using the one-click payment function.
7. Any items added to the original order using the one-click payment feature can only be shipped to the same delivery address that was specified in the original order. If the delivery address requires modification, it must be modified in the original order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, any Items added to the Original Order using the one-click payment feature will also be cancelled.
9. If the Original Order did not reach the dollar amount threshold qualifying for free shipping and you were charged a shipping fee for the Original Order, you will not receive a refund of the shipping fee, even if the total price of the item(s) added to the Original Order using the one-click payment feature would cause the Original Order to reach the free shipping threshold.
10. You cannot use any coupons to pay for any Items added to the Original Order using the one-click payment function.
