ELIGIBILITY: The SHEIN LIVE STREAM “OPEN GIFT” INSTANT WIN GAME (the “Instant Win” or “Instant Win Game” ) is open to SHEIN users who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd., ( “Sponsor” ), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Instant Win Game, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Instant Win Game is available during each Live Stream starting on May 2024 and ending on 31st December, 2024.

1. Log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App.

2. Two ways to enter into the Live Room:

(i) After the live broadcast starts, you can click on the Live icon located on the App's homepage to enter the live broadcast.

(ii) If the live broadcast has not started yet, you can access it by going to Me > more services > Gals > media > live.

3. During the Living Streaming, there will be a gift box icon on the Live Stream page which will indicate countdown for the next Instant Win opportunity (“Instant Win Round”), and when the countdown ends, a gift box will automatically pop up, by clicking "Open", the participant will see if he/she has won any reward.

4. You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App and enter in to the Live Stream Room during the Live Streaming period to participate in the Instant Win Game. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the SHEIN App on a mobile device for free and create a free SHEIN User Account. See details to create a free SHEIN User Account at https://ph.shein.com/user/auth/login?from=navTop . Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Instant Win Game. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an participant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social media account.

1. There will be several Instant Win Rounds during the Live Stream. Each Instant Win Round will start at a set time.

2. Each Instant Reward Round will contain a certain number of SHEIN Points or SHEIN Coupons or SHEIN Gift Cards as rewards (the “Reward(s)”) and a number of eligible winners (the “Winner(s)”) who will receive the Reward. The type and amount of Reward(s), the number of Winners will be displayed before such Round begin.

3. There will be limited number of the initial participants can receive the Reward during an Instant Win Round. For example, if an Instant Win Round has been preset with 100 Winners, only the first 100 participants who click the “Open” button will win the Reward(s).

4. If the Reward for a Instant Win Round is preset as the SHEIN Points, the number of SHEIN Points the participant wins will be (i) entirely random or (ii) evenly split (depending on the presetting). The total points obtained by all participants equals the total points distributed for that Round.

5. One (1) piece of SHEIN Coupon or SHEIN Gift Card is available to each Winner during one Instant Win Round. The total pieces of coupons/gift cards won by all participants equals the total pieces of coupons/gift cards distributed for that Round.

6. Participant can check the winner list by clicking “Reward Record” on the pop-up window showing results to see if they are potential winners. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a reward for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified.

7. The Reward (SHEIN Points), will be placed in the Winner’s SHEIN user account. Awarded SHEIN Points/Coupon(s) will be credited to the Winner’s SHEIN user account within 10 days after the win. Awarded SHEIN Gift Card will be delivered within 10 days in the form of a gift card code usable at https://ph.shein.com. If you’re the Winner, you can view your SHEIN Points/Coupon(s) and their expiration date in the “My Points”/“Coupon”/ “Gift Card” section of your SHEIN user account. The rewarded SHEIN Points will be subject to Terms&Conditions and SHEIN’s Points Policy .

PARTICIPATION. By entering the Instant Win Game, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Instant Win game. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, , or (ii) for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Instant Win Game. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Instant Win Game it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Instant Win Game if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Instant Win Game.

PUBLICITY/USAGE RIGHTS: By participating in the Instant Win Game, you further acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, re-post, and otherwise use your Comment or your Post, in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Instant Win and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the winners’ consent for use of his/her Photo, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Instant Win Game, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Instant Win Game from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Instant Win Game and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Reward, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any reward except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Instant Win Game, or any rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Instant Win Game, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d)these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the Federal laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this Clause shall affect the statutory rights you as a consumer have, as recognized in any applicable legislation in this area.
