Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to return? Do I need to pay for the shipping?
1. We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. For any additional returns from the same order, a 100 PHP fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. (See "How do I make a return?" section for details)
3. If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I make a return?
(1)If you choose Parcel Shop to return your parcel

1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. According to your request, a Return Number has been successfully obtained. Follow the return list guidelines to complete the return.
5. Please pack the item(s). Drop off the package at any collection point you find out from the "find a store" , inform the staff of the Return Number, and the staff will print the return label and adhere it to the outside of the return parcel.

(2)If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel

1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4. Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5. Please choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail the package.
How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in "My Orders" → Click "Order Details" → Click "Return & Refund Record" in the top right corner → Click "Details" to view.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Kindly noted when your return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. lf we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as but not limited to washed, damaged, unsealed activation, removal of the original tags attached, damage to the hygiene sticker, or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, SHEIN will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be returned back to you and will be recycled instead.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.

3. Please note that customized items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
