SHEIN offers a Delivery Guarantee to deliver orders by a specific date, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The guaranteed delivery date depends on the delivery timeframe stated at the time of order in our Delivery Policy.
The Delivery Guarantee is free for orders with a valid delivery address within the European Union (EU) and is available to select customers at SHEIN's discretion. The necessity of providing the Delivery Guarantee is at SHEIN's discretion due to prevailing local tracking and logistics barriers that may make tracking deliveries in specific regions difficult.
If SHEIN does not deliver the specified order on the guaranteed delivery date, SHEIN will award the customer 500 goodwill bonus points or a goodwill coupon. The exact amount may change from time to time at SHEIN's discretion.
The Delivery Guarantee does not apply if we are unable to deliver the order on the guaranteed delivery date due to force majeure, an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control. Force majeure means any act, event, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the following: 1) strike, lockout, or other forms of protest; 2) civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or other natural disaster; the inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor vehicles or other means of transportation, public or private; the inability to use public or private telecommunications systems; 3) laws, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or governmental authority; 4) strike, disruption, or accident in maritime or inland transport, mail transport, or any other mode of transport.
