Gift cards can be redeemed on SHEIN for the purchase of products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 8, 2021, cannot be redeemed outside the country where they were purchased. For example, if you purchased a gift card on the SHEIN US site, it can only be redeemed on the PC, mobile, Android, or iOS pages of the SHEIN US site.

Gift cards can only be redeemed for the purchase of SHEIN products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed for products from third-party sellers. Furthermore, gift cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of a SHEIN CLUB membership. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to void gift cards without refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the use of our services, cancel or restrict orders, and bill alternative payment methods if we suspect that a gift card was obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we must ensure that your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual timeframe depends on the payment method you select.

You can enter your gift card number and PIN during checkout. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the balance to be paid exceeds the remaining balance on the gift card, you will need to choose other payment methods to pay the remaining amount.

Please note: Only one gift card can be redeemed for a given order and they cannot be stacked or combined with other gift cards for the same order.

You can view the balance of your gift card in your account.

The balance on your gift card can be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.

A gift card you purchase from us has no expiration date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made with a gift card are non-refundable.

Please note: Any gift card we issue to you free of charge may have an expiration date which generally ranges from 1 day to 3 months (or possibly longer) from the date of issue.

Once the expiration date has expired, the gift card can no longer be redeemed.

If an order was paid for with a gift card and a refund has been requested, the portion paid with the gift card will be credited back to the gift card.

After successfully purchasing the gift card, it will be sent to the email address on file (or another method SHEIN may determine). If you have not received your gift card number and PIN, this may be because:

SHEIN is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or if a Gift Card is used without your permission. Ownership of and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to you upon the sale of the Gift Card. Please ensure you use appropriate means to protect your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized access and use. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact us immediately through Customer Service.
