You can access our events & pop-ups, get exclusive member promotions, and the latest fashion news. Once you join our loyalty program, you can upgrade and receive rewards with every purchase. By becoming a member, you agree to our terms and conditions.

The program is available online at SHEIN.com for sites in various countries. Each account can be added to our program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will count towards your membership (including cross-site purchases), but level upgrades and discounts are based solely on the rules of the registered site. .

A purchase is required to become a member. Qualifying purchases are merchandise and gift cards purchased through the SHEIN wallet or another available payment method on the SHEIN website within the available timeframe, excluding the amount of refunds/rejection/cancellation on your orders and payments using SHEIN gift cards.

There is no fee for SHEIN VIP membership. A SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals and to one account per person.

SHEIN VIP consists of four statuses: Level S1, Level S2, Level S3 (available to purchasing members), and Level S0 status (available to registered members).

Each level is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP qualifies (Level 1 excluded); after that, identity validation is required monthly. Renewal usually takes 24 hours. Check your level after 24 hours. Once you reach Level S1, you earn lifetime status. Please note that your membership level is based on the amount of eligible spending over the past 12 months, which is 45 days prior to the renewal date each month.

In addition to rewards, memberships in the program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers"). Details of these offers will be posted on the website from time to time.

Details and terms of offers as set out on the website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise indicated on the program website.

Once you join our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, change, restrict, or modify the SHEIN VIP rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility, or any other feature of the SHEIN VIP program, and/or terminate the SHEIN VIP program at any time at its sole discretion, by providing reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules have been amended, you are deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you must voluntarily discontinue your membership rewards as agreed in the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account on the website or by contacting SHEIN customer service. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to stay informed of any changes.

SHEIN may change the program terms regarding rewards and levels, or suspend or terminate the program if it is unable to run as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud). This may result in loss of purchase and cancellation of all rewards and rights associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, misrepresentation or any action detrimental to SHEIN's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member's revocation of membership and will affect the member's eligibility for further participation in the program.

In the event of any changes, suspensions, or termination of the terms and rewards, SHEIN will notify you via email and other channels with your consent, and will display all changes on this page. If you unsubscribe, you will not receive our notification in a timely manner and you will not be entitled to any compensation from SHEIN in the event of any changes or suspension of the program.
