The "4 Business Day Delivery/Fast Shipping" label indicates that the item can be shipped from a warehouse in Europe. If the item cannot be shipped from a warehouse in Europe, it will be shipped from a warehouse outside of Europe. Please note that shipping from outside of Europe may cause delays.
If you notice that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of payment so that the issues above can be resolved. Please note the following: 1) If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, or 2) Your package has missing/incorrect items or other logistical issues. In most cases, the package is delivered within the estimated arrival time frame. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Additionally, if your order contains special items, such as pre-ordered and/or custom-made products, the estimated delivery time will be longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
The free On-Time Delivery Guarantee service entitles you to 500 SHEIN points if your order does not arrive on the expected date. Please refer to the

Canceling items may affect the eligibility of your order for free shipping. If your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping after cancellation, you will need to pay the applicable shipping costs
