Your rights
Your privacy and security are very important to us. On this page, you will find a detailed description of your rights under applicable data protection laws, as well as information on how to exercise these rights.
Right of Access
If you wish to access the information we have collected about you, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format. You can submit your Access Request by going to your personal account settings.
To ensure the security of your data, we will send a verification code to the email address associated with your SHEIN account. After you receive the code, you can download your data through your account settings.
Right to Correction
If you believe we have incorrect or incomplete information about you, we can make these changes in the settings for My Profile .
This allows you to change basic account information, such as your profile picture, size, or style preferences. You can also add or edit your payment methods and saved addresses to streamline the checkout process.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request that we permanently delete your personal data from our records. Once your request to delete your account is processed, your data will be irreversibly deleted (with the exception of certain data that we may retain to comply with our legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Policy). This means you will no longer be able to log in, and if you wish to shop with SHEIN in the future, you will need to create a new account.
You can exercise your right to erasure by submitting a request to us via our Request Center .
To ensure the security of your data, you need access to the email or phone number you use to register your SHEIN account.
Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from SHEIN, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you. You can also submit an unsubscribe request through our Request Center .
We respect your choices and will fulfill your request in a timely manner.
Right to Opt-out
We do not sell our users' information to third parties as that term is commonly understood. However, making certain identifiers available to third parties may be considered a sale under certain laws. When you visit our website, we may share certain personal identifiers such as cookies and other tracking technologies for analytics and to personalize your experience with targeted advertising.
If you wish to opt out of the sale of such personal information, you can control how we share your data by clicking the "Manage Cookies" link at the bottom of the webpage or in the Settings menu in your mobile app.
If you are a resident of the United States, you can control how we share your data by clicking the "Do Not Sell My Personal Data" link at the bottom of the webpage or in the Settings menu in your mobile app.

You can unsubscribe from this. The steps are as follows:
● If you have a SHEIN user account
To adjust your preferences regarding marketing and promotional messages (as well as other settings and preferences), log in to your SHEIN user account and click on Settings > Contact Preferences. Here you can limit the email and text messages you receive from us or disable them altogether.
You can change notifications in Settings > Contact Preferences > New message notifications and select which notifications you still want to receive or turn them off altogether.
● If you do NOT have a SHEIN user account
At the bottom of every marketing email we send, you will find a link to unsubscribe from the type of email you have received. Click the link to unsubscribe.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for this information to be updated in our systems and that you may receive marketing emails from us in the meantime.
After you change your settings, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Other Processing Activities
Regarding the other processing activities described in our Privacy Statement, we believe that SHEIN has a compelling legitimate interest in continuing to process your personal data for these purposes, including disclosing or sharing your personal data. Legitimate interests include:
● Providing the services and customer service you request
● Securing our systems and preventing fraud
● Communicating with you when necessary or relevant regarding the fulfillment or processing of your order or when legally required
● Improving our products or services
Therefore, if you want SHEIN to stop processing your personal data for such purposes, we encourage you to delete your account and/or submit a deletion request through our Privacy Center.

Other Objections
If you wish to object to a processing activity not listed above, please send your request to [email protected] , specifying the processing activity to which you object and the reasons for your objection. Please also include a screenshot of your email login page or the phone number you use to register a SHEIN account so we can verify your identity.
Right to restriction
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data. To process your request, we kindly ask you to provide detailed information about the specific restriction you require. Please contact our Privacy Team at [email protected] and state the following:
● Which processing activities you would like to restrict
● The reason for your request (e.g., disputing the accuracy of data)
● Whether the restriction is temporary or permanent.
