2. The information you submit will be used by us to determine, in our sole discretion, whether we should explore a potential licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the SHEIN X Program. It is only the first step in the process. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept each season, that you would not be suitable for the program this season.

3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X program, any designs or photos you submitted will be deleted from our files.
