· Instructions for "Free Trial"
1. Browse the items available for free trials and select the ones you want (maximum 3 per week) and click "Free Trial".

2. Select your size, enter your shipping address, and click submit. Please note that your shipping address must match the country of the current site. If it is inconsistent, you will not be able to submit a request.


3. Go to "Try it for free" to see the result. The processing time is approximately 1 week.

4. Your order will be automatically confirmed and shipped once your "Free Trial" request is approved. You can click the "Post Review" button in the order list to post the review once you receive the item.


5. You can view the status of your review on the " My Review" page. You can rewrite your review once if the first one does not meet the requirements.

1: General introduction
1.1 Try for free
The "Free Trial" platform gives SHEIN customers the opportunity to try on our clothing and write reviews for other customers. SHEIN members receive a free item if they write a positive review about the item, for example, about what they like, how they styled it, etc. This way, other customers know what to expect when they order something. Hopefully, this will make every purchase a success.
1.2 Try a free review
If the customer is selected to participate in our review program, they must write a review of the item they received. This program provides the customer with an authentic user experience where they can test the quality and durability of the item. Customers can hold the product, feel it, check the fit, and wear it. A good review includes information about the material, texture, quality, photos, and a detailed description. All reviews that we approve are designated as a "Qualitative Review."
2: The complete process
1. Click on "Free sample" to select a free product. The status will be displayed as "Review" under "My request."
2. After each application has been reviewed, the winners will be announced on the free sample homepage.
3. If you did not win, your product status will be displayed as "Review failed".
4. If you won, your product status will be displayed as "Review passed" and the sample product will be shipped to the address you provided.
5. After receiving the sample product, you have 10 days to submit a report.
6. Follow all rules regarding creating and posting comments.
7. We will review your report to ensure it meets our criteria.
8. If your report does not meet the criteria or cannot be uploaded, you can try again.
Please note: Once your review is approved, your words, images, and videos will be used on our product review page. Your username and other personal information will not be visible.

4: Reward Rules
If the review is not approved, no points will be awarded.

5: Rules for Participants
5.1 After a successful request to try an item, the system will automatically create a €0 order and ship it as soon as possible. Before submitting your request, please check that you have entered the correct size, shipping address, and other information correctly. We will not reship items designated for free trials. The customer is fully responsible for lost items.
5.2 Submit your review within 10 days of receiving your item. Failure to do so will reduce your chances of trying an item for free again. Submit your review within 10 days of receiving your item. If your review does not meet our requirements, you will have less chance of another free trial.
5.3 Using a fake account to increase your chances of trying free products is strictly prohibited. Participants who do so will have all remaining attempts immediately canceled, items will not be shipped, and reviews will be deleted. These participants will not be allowed to participate again.
5.4 Reviews from participants caught using stolen, fake, or inappropriate photos will be reported and removed. This is strictly prohibited and will result in banning from the Free Trial program.
5.5 If the review is not approved after submission, the participant will be given another opportunity to submit another review. Ensure that the review is submitted according to the rules and regulations.
6: How are participants selected?
Our testers are randomly selected by our automated system. Our system takes previous participations into account during the calculation. The system also considers whether the customer is a potential buyer, has already purchased something, and how previous participations have gone. This is a good process to use, as it filters out all blocked accounts and participants who have never purchased anything.
7: Quality Reviews: Terms and Conditions
7.1 Content
A quality review contains the customer's opinion and describes the positive and negative aspects of the item. It should not only contain negative aspects of the item; it must also include some positive aspects.
7.2 Photos
7.2.1. Use your own photos when uploading the review. Do not use photos from the website or photos taken by other customers. This is prohibited. Make sure you also capture the product details. We love photos that portray our products in a positive light.
7.2.2. We recommend uploading four photos that clearly show the item and include plenty of detail. We recommend taking the following photos: 1. A photo that shows the entire product. 2. A photo that shows details. 3. A photo that shows how you styled the item or what you like about it.
7.2.3. Take tasteful photos in the correct file format.
7.2.4. Be thorough but concise. Write about the positive and negative aspects. Include all information that you consider important as a customer.
7.3 Recommendations or suggestions
Be honest. We let customers try items on for free so they know what kind of items they'll receive when they order from SHEIN. Your positive feedback also helps other customers, and we use your negative feedback to improve our services.

9: Exceptions
9.1 Unfortunately, this item is no longer in stock. This may be due to size, stock, or supplier issues. Send an email to SHEIN customer service to receive another item to try for free.

A: No, participants cannot receive the same item multiple times. It is against our rules to participate with multiple accounts. Anyone caught doing so will not receive any more items.
3. Q: Can I keep my item after I upload my review?
A: Of course! If you received an item, you can keep it after your review has been approved.
4. Q: When will the winners be announced?
A: We will announce the winners in the Free Try-On Center on our website.
5. Q: What should I do if my size or shipping address is incorrect?
A: Once the order is created, we cannot change the size and shipping address for the free item. Items are processed and shipped quickly. Please make sure the size and shipping address are correct before ordering.
6. Q: I was selected to receive an item, but I think the item doesn't suit my personal style. Can I still change it?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot change the item after you request it. You can ask a friend or family member to help you write the review.
7. Q: What should I do if I have trouble uploading my review?
If you cannot upload the review, please check that you are using the correct link. The link must be to the product you received. The image size must be at least 500x680 pixels. If you are still unable to upload the review, please send a screenshot with the error message to SHEIN customer service. We will review it and respond as soon as possible.
