About My Wallet
1. What is My Wallet?
My Wallet is a digital wallet linked to your SHEIN user account where you can store and access (1) your balance and (2) your credits (this website does not yet offer My Wallet, but it will be available soon).
Credit may be issued to you if you return items purchased on the Site or App in accordance with our returns policy and if you choose to receive credit in your My Wallet instead of a refund via your original payment method. The balance can then be withdrawn.
Promotional credits may also be made available to you when you participate in promotional activities on the site or in the app, such as, but not limited to, in-app games and the check-in program in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. There is an expiration date for the balance of these promotional credits. Use the balance before the expiry date. Once the credit expires, you will no longer be able to use it. Withdrawing funds from a promotional wallet is not supported.
2. How do I use My Wallet?
You can view the remaining balance in your My Wallet at checkout and apply it to your purchase. You may only use your My Wallet balance to make purchases at SHEIN in accordance with the Terms, with the exception of the purchase of SHEIN CLUB or SHEIN Saver memberships.
Please note that if the currency selected to pay for your order differs from the currency of your My Wallet balance, your remaining Wallet balance will not be displayed on the checkout page. You can check your remaining balance in your wallet after purchase.
Wallet balance and promotional balances cannot be used to purchase products on the marketplace. These products are marked with a marketplace icon on the product page.
3. Can I still pay with my Wallet if I've already used bonus points and/or a voucher code?
Yes! You can use your Wallet balance or the promotional balance along with a coupon and bonus points.
4. How can I withdraw my Wallet balance?
Simply click the "Withdraw Balance" button, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and click "Submit" to confirm. The money will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was debited.
Please note that the promotional wallet balance cannot be withdrawn.
5. How long does it take for the money debited from the wallet to appear in my account?
It typically takes 1-5 business days for the money to appear in your PayPal account or 7-14 business days for the money to appear on your credit card.
Please note that the money will be refunded to the original account used for the payment, regardless of whether it is a PayPal account or a credit card.
6. Can I transfer my Wallet balance to another card?
Your Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another card. The money will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
7. Can I transfer my Wallet balance to another SHEIN account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the Wallet balance or the promotional balance from one SHEIN account to another.
If you want to withdraw your Wallet balance, you can use the "Withdraw Wallet Balance" function. The money will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was debited. Please note that promotional balances cannot be withdrawn.
8. Why can't I withdraw my Wallet balance?
Make sure the withdrawal amount you enter is not higher than your Wallet balance.
9. I've never used my Wallet balance. Why is my Wallet empty?
If you paid with your Wallet balance and placed an unpaid order, the applied balance will remain in effect on the unpaid order.
To restore the remaining balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel" button in "My Orders." The Wallet balance will then be credited to your account.
