1-CLICK TO BUY termen
The following terms and conditions ("1-CLICK TO BUY Terms"), last updated on April 20, 2023, apply to the SHEIN 1-CLICK TO BUY feature ("1-CLICK TO BUY"). By using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature on the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms. If you do not agree to these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms, please do not use the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature on the Site or App. Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which, among other things, contain applicable legal provisions and definitions for some of the terms used in these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms have the meaning set forth in the Terms usable.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of all disputes that may arise, as provided in the Terms of Use, which also means that you waive your right to participate in a class action.
1. The 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is only available for select items ("Items") with a specific stock keeping unit ("SKU") sold by SHEIN on the Site or App and is not available for items sold by Third-Party Sellers.
2. When 1-CLICK TO BUY is available for a particular item on the site or in the App, you can seamlessly add the item to your original order (as defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method used to purchase the original order.
3. An original order (the "Original Order") is the most recent order you placed with us and for which you have completed payment, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "One-Click Checkout," you authorize us to automatically add the item to the original order and charge the price of the item plus applicable taxes using the same payment method you used to pay for the original order.
5. The only payment methods supported under the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature are credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
6. You can use the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature to add item(s) to the original order and pay for such item(s), only for one SKU at a time, and each SKU can be purchased in multiple units at a time. If you need to purchase item(s) with a different SKU, you must complete the 1-click purchase process separately for each item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per original order that can be purchased using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature.
7. All items added to the original order using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature can only be shipped to the same delivery address specified on the original order. If the delivery address needs to be changed, it must be changed on the original order.
8. If you cancel the original order, all items that were added to the original order using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature will also be canceled.
9. If the original order did not meet the dollar amount threshold to qualify for free shipping and shipping was charged for the original order, you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs, even if the total of the item(s) you added to the original order using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature would cause the original order to reach the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use coupons to apply payment for one or more items you add to the original order using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature.
