How long do I have to make a return?
We gladly accept returns within 20 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
How do I make a return?
(1)If you choose DROP-OFF or Pick-Up Service to return your parcel
1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in
My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Select the return method: DROP-OFF or Pick-Up Service , then please prepare the return items with the original packaging and pack them carefully. Print the Return Label and attach it to your return parcel.
5. If you choose to drop off, please drop off the package at any collection point you find out. Each return label costs 7MYR, which will be deducted from your refund.
6. If you choose pick-up service, please wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel. Each return label costs 10MYR, which will be deducted from your refund.

3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4.Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5. Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Please note that customized items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
