What is a Promo Code?
A Promo Code is a code that customers may enter into a promotional box at checkout to obtain a discount on the purchase.
How to redeem a Promo Code?
Step 1
At checkout, fill in your shipping address, choose a payment method and shipping option.
If you have a valid Promo Code, simply enter the Promo Code into the Promo Code box.
If you have bonus points or your Wallet Balance is not empty, you may also apply points to the order or check the Wallet Balance box.
Step 2
Proceed to click CONTINUE CHECKOUT to pay for the now discounted order.

If you have registered on our site with a valid email address, you will receive an email from us with a coupon code for your first purchase.
Subscription
Another way to receive Promo Codes is to subscribe to us. Subscription also ensures that you are the first to know about our latest deals and style updates. You may subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage.
What are the conditions?
* Please use Promo Codes before they expire.
* Some Promo Codes may have requirements, such as a minimum purchase.
* A Promo Code doesn't work on shipping fees and COD service fees.
* Customers may only redeem one Promo Code per order.
Coupon Refund Amount Adjustment Rules
The usage of Shein’s coupon with thresholds will be according to the Actual Order Value. The Actual Order Value is the amount of your original order minus any Refund Value (i.e. the original amount of the refunded item(s)). The Refund Amount you received will be subject to the following policy:
1.There are two possible scenarios if you apply for a refund after the use of a coupon:
1) If the Actual Order Value still meets the original discount threshold for the coupon that you have used, no Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. You will reimburse us the applied coupon on a pro-rata basis.
2) If the Actual Order Value does not meet the original discount threshold for the coupon that you have used, then a Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. The Refund Amount Adjustment may result in a reduction of the amount we refund to you or, even no refund at all may be paid out to you.
2.In the case of the Refund Amount Adjustment:
a)For coupon(s) with more than one threshold, if the Actual Order Value meets another threshold with a lower value, you will only need to reimburse to us the difference between the value of the coupon that was originally used, and the value of the coupon that was used based on the new Actual Order Value.
b)If the Actual Order Value no longer meets any discount thresholds after the refund, you will no longer be eligible for any discount and you will need to reimburse to us the value of the coupon that was originally used. The coupon that you have used will be returned to your Wallet subject to the terms of relating coupon.
For Examples:
Suppose there are two thresholds in one coupon: For Actual Order Value between RM 69 and RM 99, discount of RM 6 will be applied; for Actual Order Value of above RM 99, discount of 15RM will be applied.
Scenario 1 (No Refund Amount Adjustment):
- Purchase value of the original order: RM 120
- Refund value: RM 20
- Actual Order Value: RM 100 (i.e., RM 120 (original purchase value) minus RM 20 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value still meets the original coupon threshold of RM 99, and thus there will be no Coupon Reimbursement and No Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. You will receive the full refund of RM 16.7(RM 20(Refund Value) minus RM 3.3 (the percentage of the applied coupon accordingly)).
Scenario 2 (Refund Amount Adjustment I):
- Purchase value of the original order: RM 120
- Refund value: RM 30
- Actual Order Value: RM 90 (i.e., RM 120 (original purchase value) minus RM 30 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of RM 99, thus you are no longer entitled to the RM 15 coupon. However, the Actual Order Value still meets the threshold of RM 69 and you are entitled to the RM 6 coupon and the difference between the coupon issued and the eligible coupon after the refund will be RM 9. Therefore, we will deduct RM 9 from your refund amount. You will thus receive a refund of RM 21 (i.e., RM 30 (refund value) minus RM 9 (coupon difference)).
Scenario 3 (Refund Amount Adjustment II):
- Purchase value of the original order: RM 120
- Refund value: RM 70
- Actual Order Value: RM 50 (i.e., RM 120 (original purchase value) minus RM 70 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of RM 99, thus you are no longer entitled to the RM 15 coupon. The Actual Order Value also does not meet the threshold of RM 69, so you are not entitled to any coupon. Hence, the entire value of the coupon issued (RM 15) has to be reimbursed. Therefore, we will deduct RM 15 from your refund amount. You will thus receive a refund of RM 55 (i.e., RM 70 (refund value) minus RM 15 (coupon difference)).
