Cash On Delivery is a new service at SHEIN offered to our customers in Malaysia, which means to pay money when the goods arrive, so that our customers enjoy better service.
1. Orders
Order Requirements
The subtotal of the order amount shall be between RM0.00 and RM894.61 .
The correct shipping address and mobile phone number are necessary.
The COD fee is RM0.00 .
SMS Verification
The order is confirmed after you enter the verification code in the message sent to your mobile phone and the code is valid for 30 minutes.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order yourself from 10 minutes to 6 hours after confirmation. If failed, it means the order has been processed for shipping. In this case please contact customer service to try canceling the order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping
Usually via Bluedart and takes 8 to 15 working days(3-5 working days for order processing included). Special delays may occur because of bad weather, festivals and holidays.
Delivery
The shipping courier will deliver the parcel to you at your address and receive the order amount instead of us. Please prepare the correct rupees in advance and make sure that your mobile phone is not locked so that the shipping courier can contact you.
3. Return & Refund
Return
For COD orders, we apologize we do not offer return for exchange right now, we advice you to directly reorder the new items if you want to make the exchange and return the original items to us for refund. For more information about the return, please refer to our return policy .
Refund
The refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive your return package. For COD orders, the amount will be returned to your SHEIN wallet and you can use it with the coupon code and points in the next purchase. Returning the amount to the SHEIN wallet needs approximately 48 hours. Once the refund of your COD orders has been issued to your SHEIN wallet, the balance can not be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.
Note: You can also give us your bank card information if you don’t prefer the refund to your SHEIN wallet, we could transfer the refund to your bank card in 5 business days after getting the information.

3.Answer all calls from the couriers so you wont miss your delivery
4.Prepare sufficient cash to pay for your COD order.
5.If you are not available on the day of delivery,please ensure you have someone authorized to receive your parcel.
6.Turn on the notifications for your Shein App in order not to miss out any updates on your order.
7.COD might be removed as a payment method due to multiple rejections or failed deliveries.
8.Buyers are not allowed to open the package before paying for it, couriers are required to collect payment from buyer before releasing the package to buyer.
