Return
For COD orders, we apologize we do not offer return for exchange right now, we advice you to directly reorder the new items if you want to make the exchange and return the original items to us for refund. For more information about the return, please refer to our

Refund
The refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive your return package. For COD orders, the amount will be returned to your SHEIN wallet and you can use it with the coupon code and points in the next purchase. Returning the amount to the SHEIN wallet needs approximately 48 hours. Once the refund of your COD orders has been issued to your SHEIN wallet, the balance can not be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.
Note: You can also give us your bank card information if you don’t prefer the refund to your SHEIN wallet, we could transfer the refund to your bank card in 5 business days after getting the information.

3.Answer all calls from the couriers so you wont miss your delivery
4.Prepare sufficient cash to pay for your COD order.
5.If you are not available on the day of delivery,please ensure you have someone authorized to receive your parcel.
6.Turn on the notifications for your Shein App in order not to miss out any updates on your order.
7.COD might be removed as a payment method due to multiple rejections or failed deliveries.
8.Buyers are not allowed to open the package before paying for it, couriers are required to collect payment from buyer before releasing the package to buyer.
