ELIGIBILITY: The CURVE SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes” ) is open to legal residents of Japan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers, partners, agents or directors of Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd. (the “Sponsor” ), or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of the entities within the SHEIN group of entities, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities” ), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on [October, 2, 2023] at 17:00:00.p.m. Japan Standard Time ( “JST” ), and ends on [October, 8, 2023] at 11:59:59 p.m. JST (the “Sweepstakes Period” ). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN mobile application (the “SHEIN App”) and (1) locate the Sweepstakes post on the SHEIN App, and (2) click the “SHARE” button to share a Sweepstakes page link (the “Sweepstakes Page Link”) to your Instagram Feed, SnapChat Story and/or Twitter (X) Feed (your “Post”), and (3) include the hashtag #SHEINContest in your Post. Your Post must include the hashtag #SHEINContest.

The Sweepstakes can only be entered on the SHEIN App. You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the SHEIN App on a mobile device for free and create a free SHEIN User Account. Entrants are prohibited from sharing the Sweepstakes Page Link on Facebook or via any direct messaging. Sharing the Sweepstakes Page Link is limited to once per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of number of Posts. You must have an account of Instagram, SnapChat or Twitter to participate and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject to Instagram, SnapChat or Twitter’s terms of use, as applicable. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social media account.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Random drawing from among all eligible Postspublished during the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted on or about [October 9, 2023], to select [10] potential winners. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Messenger on or about [October 9, 2023]. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 2 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”).

PRIZE AND ODDS: Ten (10) prizes are available. Each prize consists of a JAPANESE YEN ¥ 30000 SHEIN Curve coupon (the “Coupon”). Prize will be delivered to the winner’s SHEIN User Account and may be viewable under “My Coupons” in the “My Assets” section of the winner’s SHEIN User Account. The Coupon may only be used towards the purchase of SHEIN Curve Clothing category on https://jp.shein.com or on the SHEIN App. The Coupon may not be used towards the payment of taxes or shipping. The Coupon may be used only once. If you use less than the total value of the Coupon towards an order of SHEIN Curve Clothing category, any unused balance of the Coupon will be forfeited. The Coupon expires on 10/22/23. All entrants will receive 10 SHEIN Points upon sharing the Sweepstakes Page Link to the entrant’s Instagram Feed, Snap Chat Story, or Twitter Feed. The SHEIN Points will be placed in the entrant’s SHEIN User Account. Such Points expire on the 30 th day after being issued.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed, except in Sponsor’s discretion. A substitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the Prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize.

PARTICIPATION. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entry materials or data that are false or have been tampered with or altered are void.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, any of its parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and any of the entities within the SHEIN group of entities disclaim and do not assume any responsibility or liability whatever arising from or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the redemption and use of the prize(s), howsoever arising, including but not limited to: (i) any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software system or equipment breakdowns or malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems; (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; (iv) any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in transmission; and/or (v) any loss of income, profits or goodwill, as well as any other direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if the Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, the Sponsor will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries.

PUBLICITY/USAGE RIGHTS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use your Post in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use of any Prize further constitutes the winners’ consent for use of his/her Post, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, hometown and/or state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: To the extent allowed by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you release the Sponsor, any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of the entities within the SHEIN group of entities, any employee, officer, partner, agent, director, advertising or promotion agency, and/or all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and you agree that none of these entities are responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any Prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but shall in no event include attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved non-exclusively in the Tokyo District Court, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of the said court and waive any objection thereto; and (e) the Sponsor may at its sole and absolute discretion revise any aspect of these terms from time to time in accordance with and to the extent permissible under the applicable laws. The Sponsor may inform you of any material changes to these terms by push notifications via the SHEIN App or by revising the effective date or last modified date at the top of these Official Rules. If the Sponsor makes significant changes that materially affect your rights, the Sponsor will provide advanced notice and make that clear on the SHEIN App, or by some other means of contact such as email, so that you are able to review the changes before you continue to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you do not agree with the modified Official Rules, please stop participating in the Sweepstakes immediately.

WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, available approximately two weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, please send a written request to the Sponsor via electronic mail to [email protected] , with “[SHARE CURVE SWEEPSTAKES]” in the subject line. All such requests must be received by [December 31,2023].
