SHEIN VIP is a rewards redemption program for our fans, so you can gain access to events and pop-ups, receive members-exclusive promotions and the latest fashion news. Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

The Program is available online on SHEIN.com across different sites. Each Account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will be counted towards your membership (including cross-site purchases), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of your registered site .

A purchase is required to become a member. Eligible purchases mean purchases of items and gift cards made through SHEIN Wallet or through other available payments on the SHEIN website within the stipulated time, excluding refund/rejection/cancellation amounts on your orders and payments with SHEIN gift cards.

There is no fee for participating in SHEIN VIP. SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals and one account per person.

SHEIN VIP consists of four statuses: S1 Tier, S2 Tier, S3 Tier (available for purchasing members), and S0 Tier status (available for registered members).

Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member qualifies (excluding S1 tier); after that, identity validation is required every month. Data updates typically take up to 24 hours. Check your tier after 24 hours.

Membership in the Program may entitle you to various Offers & Rewards. Details of these offers are posted from time to time on the program website.

The details and conditions of each Offer as stated on the program website are valid for the actual membership period, unless otherwise specified on the program website.

Once you enroll in our loyalty program, we consider that you have read and agreed to be bound by the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility, or any other feature of SHEIN VIP and/or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time in its sole discretion, giving reasonable notice on the site and/or via email. You may refer to the latest version of this rule on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules have changed, we will consider that you have accepted the updated rules. If you do not agree to the updated rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the site regularly for updates.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account on the website or by contacting SHEIN customer service. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep yourself informed of any changes.

SHEIN may modify the program terms including Rewards and Tiers, or suspend/terminate the program if the same, for any reason, is unable to operate as intended (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchase and cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any program provisions, any misrepresentation or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, or fraud/attempted fraud may result in the revocation of the member's membership and will affect the member's right to further participation in the program.

In the event of any modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify you via email and other marketing channels (with your permission), in addition to displaying all changes on this page. Unsubscribing may result in not receiving our messages in time, and you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send emails such as changes or information about your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
