By submitting your information and clicking "APPLY NOW", you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) the information you provide us is true and accurate; (c) all drawings or photographs you upload have been created solely by you and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2. The information submitted will be used by us to determine, at our sole discretion, whether to consider the opportunity to explore a potential licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the SHEIN X program. It is only the first step in the process. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept per season, that you would not be eligible for this season's program.

3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X program, the drawings or photographs you submitted will be deleted from our files.
